Review of Maharaja Surajmal Institute, New Delhi

Overall Rating
I got admission in MSI in 2023. According to the ranking it is the top college of the IP University because it has a very good placement record. The infrastructure of the college is not so good and modern. I don’t like it. There is no AC in our class room. It feels like school. You have to be in formals every Monday. I chose this college because it is one of the top college of IP University. There is good metro connectivity. Teachers are also good specially in our department. Overall it will provide you a good experience.
 

Academics Rating
I chose BCA course. For admission you have to take the CET exam organised by the IP University and you have to get a good rank around 300 for taking admission in Maharaja Surajmal Institute. You can also get admission by CUET but the first preference is given to the students who gave the CET exam. For BCA placement MSI is well known.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members are very polite and knowledgeable. Every teacher has their unique style of teaching. Everybody is so polite and always helpful. Every teacher I met is so humble and polite. They gave their 100% while teaching but still there are some teachers whose teaching style is not good. They didn't even teach you, just ask you questions and go.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, our college has Placement Cell. It is known and famous for its placement record. There is 100% placement record of MSI.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, Maharaja Surajmal Institute has hostel facilities. There are many friends of mine who live in hostel. The hostel building is good. The food of the mess is also of nice quality. There is ground provided where you can play and you can also buy food from the mess if you are not staying in hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure is not so modern. I personally don't like it. I had seen the classrooms of much other college like IITM. Their classrooms are so modern. Desk is also and the building is also beautiful. The recently built MBA building is good but the old ones BCA and BBA blocks building are not so good even there is no AC in our classrooms.
 

Campus Rating
First of all the infrastructure of the college is not so good. It has an area of 8 acre. Not much area to roam around with friends. Crowd is good. Fest held regularly. But recently there is not a single well known celebrity has come as compared to other college where many famous singer had performed recently.

    Maharaja Surajmal Institute is a good for several programs like BBA, B.Com and B.Tech. Providing students great knowledge of their interested field and supporting environment.
