My views on Poornima university

Overall Rating
I am currently studying in the second semester in Computer Science And Engineering at Poornima University(PU) which is situated in Sitapur, Jaipur. My experience in this institute is awesome. I have chosen this college because I did not get enough rank to join in NITs, IITs, and IIITs. So this is one of the top institutes near my home town.
 

Academics Rating
To enter this college there is no entrance test or exam. Any student can enroll here in any course as they wish. It is done on the basis of the marks they secured in the 12th standard (minimum percentage is 60%). The admission process is also simple. Just we have to meet the management in the college and fill out the admission form.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty in this college are very experienced, very friendly, and very helpful in offline and as well as online. Every professors holds a Ph.D degree and they have enough knowledge in their respective subjects. 75% attendance is required to write the exam of end semester examination. The coding skills of faculty of computer science department are very good.
 

Placement Rating
Poornima University has decent placements. Almost all students are getting placed in campus drive. The highest package is 48LPA. The average package is 6LPA and the lowest package is 3.5LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
The bad thing about Poornima University is its infrastructure of hostels and the food of mess. The distance between the hostel and the mess is nearly 500m. There are two hostels in this university one is Gargi for boys and Himalaya for girls. There are restrictions that not allowed to go out after 8 pm. Each student is provided with high-speed ethernet facility.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of this institute is very good the campus size is 32 acres and it is well maintained. There is an academic building in which classes and labs are conducted these are very spacious, and the equipment of labs are very good. There is also a library in which all types of books are available every semester and it is very peaceful to study. There is also a gym present in every hostel.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is very good. There are many clubs like coding, dancing, drama, etc. These are useful for our personal development. There are also sports facilities and grounds in the college. There are annual festivals like Freshers party, Lakshay2.0, Arrohan, Ojas, etc. In which we can enjoy a lot and there will be celebrities also during these festivals.

    I have decided to do B.Tech from Poornima University after searching many universities online and visiting many universities. I find this university much better as compared to another university everyone suggested to take admission in the university.     This is a good university with in Jaipur. The campus life here is also good. There is a very good response in academics and the faculty here explains each well.
