Best college with overall development

Overall Rating
They offer various course with zero attendance policy and you can choose your own electives other than the core subjects, plan your schedule, high tech and modern research and labs, libraries and many recreational centers in the campus. The Practice school system allows the student to implement the theories taught in classrooms to corporate and industries which I don't think is provided by any other college.
 

Academics Rating
Need PCM in 12th class earlier you would have needed 85 percent but I think they have removed that criteria now or made it 75 percent. English knowledge is a must, they have a different section in BITSAT, toppers of regional area are given direct admission here, computer science and economics has the highest cutoff in BE and M.Sc respectively.
 

Faculty Rating
Many qualified teachers are there, they provide you support and you things for life. The lectures always happen there is hardly any rescheduling or absence of teachers in the classroom, they take part in various initiatives by the students too, exams are fair and they'll give you a semester back or lifetime ban in case if you are even caught cheating.
 

Placement Rating
Gives quite lucrative placements to students in various MNCs, all the students get placed here be it in local startups or big MNCs, there is a separate placement cell which calls companies from various fields like IT, consultancy, finance etc.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes all students stay in the campus, outside residency is not allowed in any case even if your house is 1 km from the campus, every hostel has wardens and representatives which helps and discipline the students, hostel rooms are cute and have all the essential amenities present like desk, shelves, cupboard, electricity board etc. There are two messes in the campus; students are given a choice to choose their mess monthly.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The college dome is not less than any other tourist place in Goa, it is so beautiful, Every year 1st year student gets mesmerized by it in the first few months, the library is well packed during exams and have 2 sets of book of each subject, have old papers which can help students to get an idea about the exams.
 

Campus Rating
BITS Goa hosts many small events throughout the year but there are 3 most talked about fests in which people come from all around as participants or they can even purchase a ticket if they want to be part of the crowd are Quark, Zephyr and Waves. Many celebrities come as an entertainer each year including Shankar Mahadeven, Vishal Shekhar etc.

    BITS Pilani, South Goa Campus’ main attraction is the campus itself. Most people prefer Goa Campus due to the campus’ beauty and location.     BITS Goa has a very well infrastructure although it rains heavily here you can go to mess, hostels and classrooms without getting wet because they built roof for paths. This institute is very beautiful although it's small compared to other branches like Pilani and Hyderabad. I choose this institute because I wanted CS course.     The main reason I choose this college is that you get more time to study in your interest area and improve your skills. The college is more of industry-based, so you get the great opportunities.
