Hello, I am Sudhanshu Jain a student of SKIT, Jaipur for the years 2017-2021. I have completed my Mechanical Engineering from SKIT with great experience. The campus is filled with greenery and small parks with ample parking space for your vehicle. There are good workshops and laboratories for your practical and the canteen is good as well.

The course I was enrolled in was Mechanical Engineering, the entry requirements were a valid JEE score along with minimum 12th percentage, you have to fill REAP form to enroll into the admission process and you may get scholarships as well if your JEE score is good as I was offered the same. My motive for enrolling in Mechanical Engineering at SKIT was to learn more about machines as they have always amused me and choosing SKIT was really was as they have the best faculties with great knowledge and experience of not just teaching but industrial experience as well. I had a great time learning from the best faculties and getting exposure of industrial information as well.

The faculty at SKIT is the best you could find in any college in Jaipur. They have the experience and knowledge. All the faculties are from IIT or NITs so they do have the required knowledge and their style of teaching is amazing, they would explain the working in practical way so you could imagine how things work in real life and have a better understanding of the concepts.

Yes, there is a dedicated placement cell in the college and they work hard to find you the best jobs out there, they give us training on aptitude, reasoning and coding so we can pass the screening tests and also hold up mock interviews so you could work on your interview skills. They also help us in making resumes.

Yes there are 2 hostels in the Campus, one for boys and one for girls.

There are different blocks for different departments so it makes sense that you get all your resources in one block itself, the blocks are surrounded by greenery and parks which provide fresh air and much needed resting space between the classes. There are sports grounds as well such as Football ground, Basketball court, Volleyball ground, etc.

The campus life is good, you get to play sports, and the canteen is good. Every year the annual fest "Pravah" is held which becomes memorable with so many different events catering to everyone on the campus. You get all types of food, all types of events such as Fashion show, dance show, sports events, Auto Expo (organised by us), Quiz, Search hunt and many more. Also there are many clubs which hold regular activities and competitions so you can learn some skills.
