Integrated BBA-MBA is a 5 year program. It is a diverse course that is spread across span of 5 years, 3 years of BBA and 2 years of MBA. The program covers basics of Finance, HR, and Marketing Management in BBA that helps in understanding and developing interest in these domains. The course also requires completion of 4 week social internship at the end of 1st year of BBA and corporate internship after that at end of every year. Value added courses are also the part of curriculum. The institute can be consider as a decent management college and is good for someone who aims at completion of MBA after BBA without giving CAT exam.

The eligibility for Gujarat State category for integrated BBA-MBA course is minimum 90% in HSC Exam in their first attempt. Here Gujarat State category means students who completed their 12th from schools located in Gujarat irrespective of their board. After short listing on basis of merit a personal interview is conducted and on basis of it final admission is provided.

Most of the faculties have completed their Ph.D as well as hold good experience in their fields including educational and research experience. The faculties are available even after the class for doubt solving. Each student is also assigned a faculty mentor who helps students by guiding them and mentoring them about their personal as well as career related issues. The faculties use both theoretical as well as practical approach while explaining their content.

The placement percentage was 100% for year 2022-23. Major recruiters include JP Morgan, Infosys, Searce, Morgan Stanley, Deloitte, ICICI Bank etc. The highest package offered was 30 LPA and average salary was 13 LPA. Some roles offered were Project manager, Senior analyst, Senior associate HR, Account Manager etc.

The whole campus of Nirma University is full of greenery. The classes are well equipped with facilities such as auditorium structured class, each desk having a charging point, classes are equipped with AC. There is a library where one can have access to plethora of books as well as resources. There is elevator as well as escalators available in new building. There are 3 canteens to chill out during breaks. There is separate ground for cricket, running track, and separate section for badminton court, tennis court, and volleyball and basketball courts.

There are various committees and clubs run by students at both BBA and MBA level. The clubs and committed include cultural, debate, magazine, media and pr, dance and music, social club, NSS, placement committee and student advisory committee. The flagship fest conducted by BBA cultural committee is Genesis and the flagship fest conducted by MBA cultural committee is Perspective Richter. The fest covers varieties of competition, events, and concerts as well.
