Campus Life at BJB Autonomous College

Overall Rating
It is one of the best colleges in Odisha. The college is best known for its academics and fantastic infrastructure and knowledgeable faculties. Most of the teachers are Ph.D holders. The students get selected on merit basis through SAMS. Although it's a government college but it is very good in academics. Anyone who is not very stable in finance but wants to pursue UG & PG from a reputed institution of Odisha, then must go for BJB Autonomous College.
 

Academics Rating
It is doing fabulous activities in academics. The college offers various courses like BA Honors, B.Com Honors, B.Sc Honors, PG courses in every stream and Journalism. It's also offering self financing course like Integrated MBA etc. A candidate who achieved very good marks in intermediate can apply through all Odisha SAMS portal in order to enroll in the college but the selection process is on merit basis. I joined this college for its outstanding BA program. Teachers are cooperative and have mastery in their respective subjects.
 

Faculty Rating
The teachers are very much cooperative and ready to help students in academics every time. Most of the teachers are Ph.D holders and have mastery in their subjects. Their way of teaching is very comprehensive and factual. The teachers take regular classes and complete the syllabus within time. The core content is as per the requirements.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the college is having its separate placement cell whose main activity includes providing job opportunities to the students in every field.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, our college is having residential facilities for economical weaker students as well as for students who are coming from distance places. There are separate hostel facilities for girls and boys. And presently work is going on to add two more hostel facilities for both boys and girls. The hostel fees are nominal and any one can afford it. The food quality is also good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
It is also known for its infrastructure and sanitation. There are separate buildings for different streams. Library, different labs like botany, zoology, geography and many other facilities are also present inside the campus. Separate parking facilities are also there. There is a facility of canteen also where students can enjoy best meal or food at nominal cost.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is outstanding. Familiar atmosphere and many activities are performed throughout the year like annual sports meet, cultural fest and many more. There is a student club who is responsible for celebration of different occasions like Ganesh Puja, Saraswati Puja and more. Also it put the problems of students in front of concerned authorities.

    Overall Rating
    Overall BJB college is a best choice in Bhubaneswar. It is one of the well known colleges in Odisha. Here a student gets chance to actively involved in any area in which is he or she prefer. I am Suman Kumar got 82.8% in 12th class and yet I got selected in 3rd phase. The competition is high. My overall experience in BJB college is quite joyful and I preferred sports in extracurricular activity.     Overall Buxi Jagabandhu College is a good college. Here the educational facilities are world class, and the college fees are very minimal like Three thousand rupees a year. Every student can opt this college as; there are hostel facilities, I am glad to have a student at this college.
