My Views on GMR Institute of Technology

Overall Rating
GMRIT is well known for its infrastructure and branding. GMRIT campus is well equipped with required facilities. It is NAAC-A graded campus with well qualified faculty. Students at GMRIT are bright and talented when compared to other college students. It is one of the premium institutions in Andhra Pradesh state.
 

Academics Rating
GMRIT is offering courses in branches like CSE, ECE, CIVIL, MECH, and IT. Along with these core branches, it is also offering courses in some specialized branches like AIML and AIDS. To get an admission in this college you need to attempt EAPCET exam or you can join through the NRI quota. If you want to join engineering college in AP, then I highly recommend GMRIT.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty at GMRIT is well qualified. Most of the core branch faculty is qualified with Ph.D from universities like Andhra University and JNTU Kakinada. Faculty uses digital methodologies to explain the concepts. We have labs for every department.
 

Placement Rating
Every student at GMRIT will undergo 2 internship in their 4 year B.Tech summer internship of 1month and one full semester internship which will be helpful for students at their placements. We have one placement cell for all these activities.
 

Hostel Rating
Maintenance and hygiene at college are very good. Food at hostel is not up to the mark. There are separate hostels for every year in the same compound.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure is one of the most concerned areas for college. Being in a town like Rajam, GMRIT Maintains premium quality infrastructure. Every branch contains its own blocks. The whole college is mostly surrounded with plants and trees. GMRIT campus is pollution free campus they don't allow vehicles inside the campus.
 

Campus Rating
Our college contains different student clubs for different activities. Clubs like ISTE, ACM, and GDSC etc. provides insights about the community. Every year college will conduct two events STEPCONE it is a national level event and Annual Day in every March or April.

    In my college the environment is very beautiful. The greenery plays the major role here and there is no pollution at all. We feel so glad to study in such college with healthy surroundings.
