My experience at PSGR Krishnammal College for Women

Overall Rating
The first and foremost reason of mine in choosing this institute is that it is well known for its teaching and educational standards. It has 4th rank in NIRF ranking. The staffs and faculties are well experienced and are updating their knowledge according to the current scenario.
 

Academics Rating
The academics as well as the information related to the subject that is being provided by the college are very much interesting and useful. The eligibility in joining the course is to have a decent percentage in your higher secondary. There are two batches which are being funded by government for students who score good marks in schooling and self finance is also available for the students. The motive to enroll in this program is that it is the only college where I could find a course in History.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties are well experienced and have enough subject knowledge to clear out doubts in all ways. They also provide day to day updates related to subject as well as social life. The background of the faculties is very notable. Most of them have passed NET exams and had done their Ph.D as well. Their teaching styles are unique and very interesting.
 

Placement Rating
Of course there is a placement cell in our institute which serves as a counseling agent and provides career guidelines and opportunities for each and every department in our college. Many familiar companies are being a part our institution's placement cell for example: Infosys, TCS, IBM, Accenture, Tech Mahindra etc.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostels of our institute are accommodated by more than 1500 students. It shows that the hostel is providing a very good atmosphere for living and studying and 24 hours medical services and other necessary things. It is maintained by a group of members in a scheduled manner without any demerits.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of our institute is very pleasant and calm in nature. The building blocks are constructed in a good and spacious manner. There are many facilities like many classrooms and laboratories with newly installed technologies, and a spacious ground for sports lovers as well. The architectural style is quite impressive and attractive with a greenish atmosphere and out of pollution. The institute provides a good and healthy atmosphere for studying.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is very interesting we can find out many programs and events that are being conducted by various departments. It is compulsory for every student to participate in more than 5 events in a year. There are more than 20 clubs in the institute.

    The overall experience of the college is amazing and I have opted for Botany in this college. This college is best for botany as they teach the syllabus properly and the syllabus is also vast.
