Overall Rating
My overall experience in this college is average. Because it is good in some aspects like strict discipline, rules, and regulations. Regarding college campus, and mess everything. In 3-3 months semester exams are conducted and no gap is given between the exams. So the students don't get time to revise it's a bad thing. But college infrastructure is nice and food mess quality is also good.
 

Academics Rating
I am currently pursuing BCA from Sarla Birla University Ranchi. There is no such eligibility required for admission in this college as such. Because any stream students can join this college with a minimum 50% marks in their intermediate. I choose this course because of IT. I want to be a successful software Engineer and that's why I chose BCA.
 

Faculty Rating
There are an average number of faculties present in the college. Very few of the teachers are PhD holders. Some of them are very talented and have very good teaching skills. Most of them teach very well but few of them are very strict also.
 

Placement Rating
Yes there is placement cell in my college. However, my college placement cell is not that much good because of lack of qualified placement trainers. But last year's placement percentage was good. There was 70-80% placement in the college.
 

Hostel Rating
No, I didn't opt for the hostel. So I don't have knowledge regarding that as such.
 

Infrastructure Rating
My college infrastructure is so nice I think the design of all the buildings, and mess is nice. There are 3 academic blocks of 7 floor each and one nursing block on the 4th floor and a lovely playground and 2 proper large size mess and canteen. There are also 2 parking areas where students can park their vehicles. Overall infrastructure is good.
 

Campus Rating
My overall campus life is okayish not so great nor so bad. Because at my time of admission, there were a selected number of students. But now there are so many students. So the crowd of students is now so big. There are so many clubs such as photography clubs, dance clubs, coding clubs etc. Fests are also going on in my college.

    I choose this collage because in Ranchi after BIT Mesra, I found Sarla Birla University to be the one to complete my B.Tech degree. There is no sort of indiscipline or misbehave tolerated. Overall its fine compare to other colleges or university in Ranchi. Exams are taken on time but I didn't like the duration between semesters as they take semester exam in 4 months or three months.   • Good college with decent learning atmosphere and on campus placements

    Overall, I would rate this college 8/10. The best thing about this college is its placement records and the teachers with great education. Adding to this, we have all the basic facilities such as library, canteen etc with a world class campus and discipline.     My overall experience in the college was fantastic. I opted for BCA as I wanted to make my career as a front end developer. I wanted to pursue BCA from outside Jharkhand but as my financial condition was not good, I took admission here.     Sarala Birla University is one of the top private universities in Ranchi. The overall experience at the institute is quite good. I had chosen SBU as it has great infrastructure and a very big campus along with good campus records.   • Sarala Birla University offers placements to 90% students
     

    Overall Rating
    The infrastructure and facilities are one of the main factors that made me choose this university. I had to face no interviews or written tests before admission. Although, there is an interview for document verification. Students have to submit their documents and get it verified for the further admission process.
