Review on Indian Institute of Technology

Overall Rating
IIT Bombay is India’s most prestigious institute for pursuing your engineering degree from any course or field. The way of teaching of the professors is way beyond expectations. The institute is famous for its outstanding facilities in the campus itself from eatables to libraries to sports, night clubs and many more. Means along with your academics you may also focus on any extracurricular activity you like.
 

Academics Rating
The academics at the institute are at a moderate level. You need to be well surrounded by specific information before entering any class. The course for any department starts with a DIC (department introductory course) to help you with its further trench. My motive for enrolling for the course was my interest in materials as well as a soft corner towards the per annum package for it in the core section as well as noncore. The course requires you to have a specific AIR in the JEE Advanced exam which is held every year for qualification.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties at IIT Bombay are well experienced and highly knowledgeable. Their way of molding things throughout the course helps you grasp the course at various stages. Many of the professors are involved in the Research and Development taking place at IIT Bombay. The style of teaching is quite attractive with respect to their ability to pave your attention in it.
 

Placement Rating
The placement cell of IIT Bombay is quite efficient in its work. The placement ratio of the college is quite high and also the packages bagged are moderate-high.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostels at the institute are blessed with all the facilities one would desire for. There are. Lose to the Lecture Hall complexes and are built in a very creative way.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The overall Campus of the college is well designed and maintained by the respective authorities. The academic related stuff consists of Lecture Hall Complex and the Central library, Reading Hall which is open 24X7 for students to study at. The closeness of hostels from the classrooms is also a key factor of their infrastructure.
 

Campus Rating
Campus Life at IIT Bombay is excellent. The night life of IIT Bombay is worth witnessing. The institute hosts various events throughout the year which also includes Asia’s biggest cultural Fest Mood indigo and largest Technical fest, TechFest. Surprisingly these both are student run independent bodies run through sponsors and artists. The college has many Night clubs which have their annual flagship event and the main event .There is no lack of eatables in the campus from dominos to chaayos which are almost open for maximum of 24 hours.
