Netaji Subhash Engineering College B.Tech Review By Richa Kumari

I am a B.Tech student currently studying at Netaji Subhash Engineering College, Garia and will be passing on 2025. Honestly speaking if one needs an overall college experience then they are kindly welcome to our college. Let me elaborate some key features of our college. Speaking about the overall academic review I would say if you are an attentive student and regular in classes then you can grab up the concepts and ideas provided by our professors. Coming to the co curricular activities and events then I would say that our college organises a lot of events for new talents to come up. Also our faculties are very friendly and good professors to help us in our journey. So overall this college is one of the better choices you could go for.

When we talk about academics, our college has an outstanding performance as our college provides such pressure on students so that we get to cope up with our studies. Also as we follow MAKAUT board so we basically have 4 CAs, based on this performance we get marks and get to improve our studies based on this evaluation. Also if one is regular and attentive in class I assure that they can easily get good marks in their respective subjects.

Coming to the faculties, I think they are the capable ones to help us with our journey in this course. They are well experienced and knowledgeable persons with their teaching experience of somewhere 10-18 years. They are highly qualified ones to teach us. Every faculty in our college has their individual specialty and so they are socialised and well versed in their teaching career.

We know placement is a very important aspect for a student to choose any college. So I would just say our college Placement Cell tries very hard to get our entire student placed. Speaking about some previous years I got to know that almost 90% of students got placed but this recent year due to markets unavailability not only our college but also other colleges are struggling to get their students placed.

Honestly our college is not so like a dream college but an effective one to change your life. It has well versed classrooms and labs with some good lab technician. We also have an administrative Building to carry on their office work. Also have a library facility with good collections of books of different courses and also e-library feature is available here. Also we have a well placed reading room where students come for study purpose and they find a peaceful environment there. We have our college canteen and APC hall where a lot of cultural events and seminars took place. We also have a wide ground of our college where different sports activities takes place.

My campus life was completely awful in this college and I will surely cherish them throughout my life. Coming to the campus life my personal experience says that here one feels like a free bird ready to fly, you only just need to choose your wings. We get our senior support that guide us and help us in our journey. Our college also organises their college fest and departmental fest to cherish some good moments in our college days. Our college holds different clubs in different fields like we have our Rotaract club, co cultural club, etc. Overall we have a good campus life to enjoy and cherish forever.
