A student's perspective on Techno Main Salt Lake

Overall Rating
Techno Main Salt Lake provides me with all the necessities that a good college can give to its students. It is the best private college that fosters academic, intellectual and social development of students. It has several clubs, tech events, cultural fests to help students have a good time at things which they are enthusiastic about. We have seniors who guide us time to time.
 

Academics Rating
Every course and department in this college is given utmost importance with IT and EC being very good under the technology department. Students may opt for a course in this college through various entrance exams like WBJEE, JEE Mains, CET, GATE and so on. Lateral students can also gain entry in this college. Internal exams are taken very strictly, and attendance is very important too.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members of Techno Main Salt Lake constitute of experienced professors from prestigious institutes such as IITs, NITs, Jadavpur University and so on. Teachers and professors will help students with any material ranging from minor doubts to practical assignments. They convey information through smart boards or blackboards. They recommend from which books to study and also provide students with day to day class notes.
 

Placement Rating
The placement cell of Techno Main salt lake comprises of officers and placement coordinators who are assigned important tasks related to campus placement such as organizing placement related activities, communicating with recruiters and students as well as scheduling pre-placement talks. Students get the opportunity of appearing before renowned and prestigious company interviews like Microsoft, Google, Amazon and much more.
 

Hostel Rating
Techno main salt lake does not have a private hostel of its own on the campus grounds. But the authorities do provide students with information regarding hostels or PG's for both boys and girls.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Techno main salt lake has a total of 3 buildings covering the entire campus grounds. There are 2 large football fields and a smaller field along with a swimming pool on its campus too. There are 4 canteens to provide students with snacks or drinks. A library is also accounted for in this college. Not to mention the AC labs, with various lab technical instruments and computers at your disposal.
 

Campus Rating
Basic amenities, infrastructure and others provide a comfortable and soothing environment to study in this college. Our college provides the students with endless possibilities for their creative outlet in various fests, co-curricular activities and regular workshops. Classroom schedules are well organized so no student would feel pressure and a recess time is also provided.

    TMSL is situated in Salt Lake, Sector V wherein students come from various locations. TMSL provides many courses (B.Tech, BBA, BCA, BHM, BMS, Diploma and Polytechnic courses).     I joined Techno Main Salt Lake in the academic year 2023. My department is B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Right from my school days, I knew that this college has an excellent college because of its academic record along with innumerable co-curricular activities.
