Review about Netaji Subhash Engineering College

Overall Rating
I had given WBJEE exam for getting admission in B.Tech program in best college of WB. After counseling I got admitted in NSEC in computer science and business system department. During the admission procedure to got to know from my friends and local people about NSEC which is quite good at placements and coding culture and enthusiasm among students.
 

Academics Rating
Netaji Subhash Engineering College provides course for Btech, BCA, MCA, MBA, and M.Tech. For B.Tech, the entry requirement is JEE MAINS rank or wbjee rank as well. Management quota is also their since it's a private college under MAKAUT University. In WB college like heritage and haldia and so on is evenly compared to NSEC, the coding culture is good here as compared to other private colleges in W.B which induces the students to get into this college.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty is quite good here. Since I'm a student of NSEC I'm very much sure about it. The HOD of respective departments is so much cooperative and supportive. The teachers of math subject are so much friendly with student that the students enjoyed attending their classes. The other branch teacher helps the students to perform well under their guidelines in each and every sector.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, NSEC has a placement cell which provides training for the students to perform best in the placement interview for getting a decent placement in renowned company. It takes seminars from the first year itself and used to prepare the student for placement from the 3rd year.
 

Hostel Rating
NSEC is not having a college hostel but at near to the college there are multiple options available like the mess, Pg, Flats at a reasonable cost. The mess costs like rs.4, 800/months including food. Flat nearly costs 5k/month for 1BHK.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of college is not very brain storming like the government college. It’s just an in 3 acre of land having a small garden inside the college premises. Every department has its own separate storey. The college is having 3 gates. NSEC has different types of groups such as the entrepreneur development cell, the phoenix, NCC group, the GDSC, the eco cultural group, and so on. It also has a small canteen inside the college at gate no.2 which is quite small.
 

Campus Rating
Campus Life is good as it is a small college we can able to interact with all the students of each and every branch. Crowding is not much in college which makes even better condition. There are various clubs in college for students to promote their skills at each level. The clubs are GDSC, ED CELL, NCC, PHEONIX, and ECO CULTURAL CLUB and so on. College fests are very good, every year the college fest is organised by the eco cultural club outside the college location.

    Although our college don't have much bigger campus but in this small campus we have bunch of opportunities. We have so many clubs from tech. to cultural, from athletes to board game so many.     The decision of choosing this college was made when I got to know about their great academic programs, a welcoming campus atmosphere and facilities that support both learning and physical and mental growth.
