It was my first college and I was all about studying and getting a 9 or above CGPA with a top MNC job when I pass out. Never did I think of class bunks and out of topics things. While in induction period of our class every faculty members seemed welcoming and they are. I was from CSE department which was the toughest stream to get at that time. Other department students had a huge respect to those who get this opportunity. We had lots of non academics fests related to sports (annual sports), coding fests, hackathon, gaming competition, drawing competition, writing and outsourcing opportunity like students exchange programs, and so on.

This course is related to computer science and engineering. Eligibility was 10+2 with 60% above and WBJEE or JEE mains rank that covers their criteria on that particular year. Eligibility criteria I would suggest to look from official sites as I may be incorrect for current time. My motive was to get into a good MNC and do 9+ CPGA overall. Get experience from the job in CS/IT and get better at what I am doing which will be of great help in pursuing for higher studies.

They are great. They give freshers and farewell to all of us with warm heartedly. They support us at studying and solve any queries from the topic they are teaching and if you get stuck after that, you can get an appointment to discuss regarding that topic after class and others can join you also in it. You can do research paper with professors even after you leave college, they would not reject you. Not only in academic activities, but they also participate in cultural and non academic activities and in sports also. But, there is a no tolerance in cheating during exam which they maintain strictly.

Yes, we have a Placement Cell at our institute. It helps students acquire jobs. They email us on our official mail ID provided from college. They periodically send us emails regarding job opportunities and tie-up companies those who do mass hiring. They provide trainings along with soft skills and other learning platforms like Coursera, EDX, Udemy, etc. They provide college sponsored email IDs through which we acquired lots of knowledgeable skills with proper certification. Thus, it helped us in getting into the industry.

I did not enroll in hostel.

Our college campus is big enough and it is embedded with beautiful flowers all around it. There is a big garden and had a cricket playfield connected to it nearby. We have a library. There is mother dairy canteen just near TCS, where they maintain quality and quantity of food. There are computer lab and DBMS lab where our working environments are pre installed already, but we will require our own laptops due to privacy and security reasons.

My overall campus life was a mixture of every experience. Lost some friends at the time of induction some faculty professors left us, some got placed and those who did not get placed, trying for up skilling them. It got lots of ups and downs, doing badly to doing well in academics and learning, improving, and rectifying myself I grow. There was TINT drama club, art club, literature club, singing club, sports club, etc. It is not so crowded really to be true. Lots of festival like cultural and non academic fests is held here, from gaming, quiz, dance, and singing to drawing, literature, coding fest, hackathon, all are held here. Every student should participate in them to get out of their comfort zones and learn to fight their fears. Freshers and farewell are some engagement activities I remember where our elders performed and we had a good time together knowing them. Gala nights were a remembered night where we had DJ Shan to entertain us and we all enjoyed till 10 at night that day. It is filled with cultural and extracurricular activities alongside studies.
