My thoughts about Dyal Singh College

Overall Rating
I have got admission in 2022 in this college at the end of year through CUET examination. The main reason for selecting this college is that I heard many things about this college so I want to experience that, that's why I had chosen this college. Apart from this, Dyal Singh College is having good connectivity with metro and bus. From my experience I can say this college is very good as compared to North Campus colleges.
 

Academics Rating
Nowadays every college in Delhi University takes admission through CUET. And basic requirement for CUET is 12th pass. And if we talk about minimum requirements for eligibility of course mostly all the courses have 2 subject combinations to admit a student in University. Student must opt any one of them to get enrolled in particular course.
 

Faculty Rating
Dyal Singh College is having best faculty for both teaching and non teaching staff with good experience and skills. Mostly senior professors are Ph.D holders and assistant professors are all NET qualified because it is a mandatory exam for any professor to teach in Delhi University so we can't doubt on their knowledge and their teaching style is amazing.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, Placement cell offers various internship opportunities to students and also provides placement opportunities to students at end of every year. In last year more than 100 students got placement through placement cell of my college
 

Hostel Rating

Infrastructure Rating
Campus academic block is divided into various blocks like Science Block, New science block, Bamboo block, etc. My college also provides sports facilities with good coaches to students who are interested in sports and want to develop their career as a sportsperson. Apart from this we are also having a well arranged Library which opens on University timings.
 

Campus Rating
Dyal Singh College is having crowd of nearly 10000 students including all the years. Overall crowd is good. No clubs with range of 2 kilometers as it is a military area and if we talk about fests we have fests of society and annual fests of our college but mostly they have to be stopped in mid only due to security reasons.

    A south campus college of Delhi university, Dyal Singh College is famous for its location as it is near to metro station as well as college has very big campus than many other Delhi university college. Canteen of the college is also affordable and good. Our college has amphitheatre, webinar room, auditorium, etc. with a very big library and different books for different field of students.     I have joined prestigious Dyal Singh College in August through CUET entrance exam. Earlier people can take admission in it by merit but from 2022 Delhi University's administration decides to conduct entrance exam for admission in its affiliated colleges.     Its overall performance is above average. Its Placement Cell is excellent and it's campus has an excellent infrastructure. It has excellent staff and supportive teachers and a lot more opportunities are here in this college. You can expect 80% placements from the college.
