Overview of Ravenshaw University, Cuttack

Overall Rating
I am really confused about choosing University for higher studies. I asked many of my senior regarding University where I can continue my higher studies. They suggest me Ravenshaw University is best for your higher studies. After that I asked my friends where they will continue their studies they told me Ravenshaw University is best for higher studies. Then I decided to continue my higher studies in this university.
 

Academics Rating
To be honest I will say that academics here is best. The course I had chosen is B.Com. In this course our teachers are so good to us and their way of teaching is so nice. Mainly financial accounting. I love this class. I believe that other courses are also as best as my course. I feel like this is the best university in Odisha for higher studies. Recently this university got A++ by NAAC team. It proves that this is best university in Odisha.
 

Faculty Rating
I could say one thing about our teaching and non teaching staff that they are nice. They always act nice to us. Our teachers make us feel comfortable with them. They asked us not to be shy for asking anything or doubt clearing. Our teachers are so supportive. They are also highly qualified. Also some of them have written books. Non teaching staff is also good. They help us when we are in need.
 

Placement Rating
I don't know about placements but I heard from my seniors that we have Placement Cell in the university. MNC like TCS, Wipro, etc. come for recruiting the students.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, we have hostels. There are many hostels for both boys and girls. There's a selection process for hostel. Hostel facilities are good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
I feel that infrastructure of this university is good. Class rooms are good and big enough to accommodate all the students. There are four entry gates. Gate 2 is open all the time except holidays. Besides, in all the area there is a map guide which will make your work easier. This university is totally painted with dark red colour. That's why we call it as 'RED EMPIRE '.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is so good here and so joyful. At least a day in a week we do have a friend get together in front or back lawn. And we had a great conversation with our friends. Many events and programs are organised here. Many cultural activities also take place. Every year all the department seniors organised freshers welcome event. That is very nice, joyful, and beautiful.

    Ok, First of all I'm new in Ravenshaw. I'm basically a fresher but I know Ravenshaw very well. First of all please congratulate our college for obtaining A++ from NAAC it was a very proud moment for all the Ravenshawvian.
