My overall review of the campus is not very good. I want to go to institutes like 'AKG' and 'JAYPEE', but my 12th PCM percentage was less and I could not pass the college criteria. I visited many colleges but could not find anything. My counselling percentile was also low which is why I could not get CSE in other colleges. I just wanted 'CSE' which is why I took admission in this college. Children come to this college under compulsion when they cannot get admission anywhere else. Or those who want a degree just for the sake of name. I do not advise anyone else to come to this campus. The children here have no classes. Children do anything as soon as they come out of the college gate. The faculty is also now busy completing the course.

There are many courses available here, such as B.Tech, B.Pharm, MBA, etc. In the admission requirements, students can either fill the online application form, or can go through counselling or they can go for direct admission by going to the Admission Cell. Eligibility varies according to the courses. For B.Tech and B.Pharm, 10+2 is required. For MBA one must have completed graduation.

I am still in my first year. Our faculty is quite good. They cleared all the topics. They use animated videos to help us understand and they provide us notes. I don't know much about the background of our faculty but some of our teachers have recently appeared for Ph.D exams. The teaching style of our faculty is not much different. They explain units by using panel TV and provide notes of them. Here our assignment test is also conducted. Teachers give us some questions on our pulse or next day there is a serious test of one question which is considered as assignment.

Yes, we have a Placement Cell at our institute. Our college placement is not 100%. Recently, companies came to our college and 20% of the students got 100% jobs. Their average package was 4 to 5 lakhs. 1 or 2 got the package. 1 student got job from out of campus. As I’m in first year I didn't know that they (Placement Cell) really help us to acquire the job or not.

Yes, we have residential facility in our institute. I am a day scholar but I have some friends who are staying in hostels. Because of them I got to know about hostels. The girls hostel has good facilities but as of now there is no laundry facility, it will be there in some time. The infrastructure of the hostel is quite good. I saw it myself. Rooms are nice. A volleyball court has been built on the ground floor of the hostel. There we can play volleyball or badminton too. There is also a competition for girls' games here. There are also parties held separately in the hostel mess for festivals.

The infrastructure of RKGIT is very good. The blocks are different according to the department or course. Our classes are held in H block which is the department of MBA. The ratio of MBA students is low here. There is a temple on the side of gate 1. There is a canteen in our campus but the food is not good. The painting on the walls here is quite interesting. Every class here has two ACs and fans. White board is also available for use here but it is not usable. The seats for students are okay. Here there are grounds for bathing or football courts where basketball can also be played and the equipment for which is also available. A separate volleyball ground is available here.

There are few clubs in our campus which our seniors have formed. Yantricom society/club which is engaged in mechanical work till now has also organised events like robo war, robo maze, and other games in the society. One is takshila or birds, both of these societies are related to English debate or communication. There are many societies in our campus for dance and for other things. Last year itself, a fest was held in our campus in which Stebin was present. There is still an event in our campus in which children of 11th and 12th participate.
