St. Xavier's College, Ranchi - My Review

Overall Rating
St. Xavier's College is one of the best options for students in Ranchi to be specific. With the best of infrastructure and regular classes, one can opt for their preferred courses. The timings of the classes are suitable and the autonomy of the college ensures the examinations on time. Overall the experience is good.
 

Academics Rating
B.com Accounts honours has the most number of seats in the college. One need to clear the entrance test to get into the college and according to their marks the sections are allotted. This program offers a further detailed study in the commerce field leading a person to be a good accountant. One also needs to have qualified the 12th boards with certain percentage to get the admission.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty is neither too strict nor too lenient but yes the discipline stands at every step of St. Xavier's College. The professors too keep reminding you about the attendance being the most compulsory part of the routine. The teachers are supportive and highly knowledgeable. One can get good guidance from them if they wish to.
 

Placement Rating
To be straightforward, if you seek to get into the college for placements then there is a big no because the college is not very specific about the placements. Haven't witnessed any good placements yet.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the college comprises of a hostel but only for boys. It also follows strict discipline. It is inside the college campus so provides a safe and secure environment.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are several blocks of the college. The post graduation building is different from the undergraduation one. Also there is an intermediate section which has a separate authority. It is one of the finest in infrastructure. It has a gym too. A huge playground and basketball court along with volleyball court and indoor games are good recreation to be provided within. College has 3 canteens as well. Then library and labs are there along with numerous auditoriums.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is after all joyful and enjoyable. You can make great memories with the mates. The teachers too are friendly enough. There are several departments organising several events keeping the students engaged and excited. Various clubs are there to further add values apart from the core subjects.

    St. Xavier's College, Ranchi is one of the best colleges of Jharkhand. The infrastructure is one of the best in the city. There are a number of courses available for different streams. The classes are regular and the examinations are taken on time due to the autonomous status of the college. The teachers are very helpful and well trained.     The college is good and has a good campus to enjoy. The subjects are well taught and the teachers are supportive. The classrooms are very spacious.     St. Xavier's College is well known all around India and that was one of the main reasons for me to Join this institution. The overall facility provided hear is quite nice and the faculties are also quite good. Since I am from Ranchi, Jharkhand, there are only a few well known colleges which are known for their facilities and the quality of education.     Actually I hadn't graduated yet but till now my overall experience with this college is very nice and joyful. I choose this college because it provides best education and it is best to study BBA from this college. You can experience different cultures and extracurricular activities in the college....
