MVJ College of Engineering B.Tech Review By Ananya Bera

I am a student of MVJ College of engineering and I have joined this college recently. I came to this through KCET and this college was recommended by one of my senior. I didn't know much about this college. I was worried how the college would be and how will the lecturers will be. But after joining to this college I realised that this is one of the best colleges with good faculties and best surrounding. In our college they mainly focus on studies and cultural events and fests are less but though we have many clubs in our college and our college supports those clubs.

So basically I got seat in information science engineering course and I got admission through KCET. We require specific rank to get admission in our college as it is one of the reputed colleges in Bangalore. Even one can get admission through management quota that information you will easily get on Google.

We have good faculties who help us in understanding the concepts. In class they teach us but if we have any doubt we can approach them and we can clear our doubt. They support us and they provide extra knowledge about what they teach and also give many examples regarding those topics. They don't only teach us what there is in textbook or syllabus but also try to teach us some new topics regarding new technologies.

Yes, we do have a Placement Cell in our college but as I'm a fresher I don't know much about it.

Yes, we have residential facilities in our college. We have both girls and boys hostel inside our college campus.

We have a good infrastructure. Our college has a good campus filled with trees and full of nature. We have auditorium, library, canteen, etc. in our campus. We have well developed labs. The equipments are sufficient in the labs. The infrastructure of our college is really good. In lawn we can sit and study there would be no disturbance.

So our college has many clubs like Aakriti, Dhwani, Mad Monks, TEDx, Raag Abhinaya, and many other cultural clubs. Aakriti is an art club, people who are interested in drawing, painting, and crafting can definitely become a part of this club. Mad Monks and Nrityax are the dance clubs of our college. For entry in these clubs, they conduct some auditions and then only we can become a part of those clubs.
