My thoughts on Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur

Overall Rating
It is one of the finest NIT of India. It’s among the top 5 NITs in India. It has 317 acre campus area with beautiful infrastructure and facilities. It also located in the prime location of Jaipur and near to railway station and airport. Placement is above average and hostel is also decent. The mess food is ok types and the academics is good.
 

Academics Rating
MNIT provides B.Tech, M.Tech, and MBA courses. I am from chemical engineering department. To entry in the college for the B.Tech courses, rank in JEE mains is the only requirement and for M.Tech GATE exam is mandatory. The academics of the college are good and the environment is student friendly and the overall placement is good.
 

Faculty Rating
The chemical engineering department faculty is good. They are student friendly and always encouraged us to grow. Mostly the faculties are Ph.D holder in their respective field and most of graduate from top IITs or foreign universities. The teaching style is well understandable and the grading policy is also decent.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, MNIT has a Placement Cell. Yes, the cell helps to students to get god jobs. They provide the up-skill program to the students and also train them for their placement.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, MNIT has its own hostel. There are 3 hostel for girls and 5-6 hostel for boys. The hostels are quite good and they have all the facilities that a student need. MNIT provide three sitting rooms for 1st year but for 2nd year onward they provide single room. All the hostel has its own mess and the food is decent.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of the campus is very beautiful. MNIT has the Asia's biggest lecture theatre complex and the academic block name as prabha bhawan has a beautiful infrastructure. Also all the departments has a decent infrastructure and the hostel are good. The huge boys hostel Aurobindo has 900 student capacity and the vinodini has 920 student capacity and the girls hostel acharya bhawan is 11 floored building.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life in MNIT is amazing. MNIT has 8-9 clubs for example having CSE club, drama, music, photography, flim making, dance, Think India, maverik, NSS, etc. The annual cultural fest named as blitzschlag and the technical fest is sphinx. The clubs are good and active throughout the year.

    You need to give JEE mains paper to get Bachelor of Architecture at MNIT Jaipur. Overall experience of college is very good. It is in great city with great campus of 317 acres. There are all facilities available in campus that a student may require. It is not situated out of the city rather it is in the heart of the city in Malaviya Nagar.     This institute is situated in one of the prime location of Jaipur. Connectivity is also very good. The improvements by the institute are very good. Campus is quite excellent.
