Indraprastha College for Women, New Delhi - My Review

Overall Rating
My college is very nice. It's a good college and I choose it because it's one of the great colleges of Delhi University. Academics is so good here. Faculty is very nice and cooperative. Infrastructure of the college is very nice and campus life is quite interesting here. Students have got enrolled themselves here from different corner of the country. You must consider this college if you are coming to Delhi for studies and choosing Delhi University.
 

Academics Rating
I have got enrolled myself in B.Sc Maths honours. To get into this course you have to give the CUET exam through which you can get admission here. Anyone who has given CUET and had maths in their class 12th is eligible to get admission here. Admission is given on the basis merit. My motive for enrolling in this course was I had a keen interest in mathematics and studying this course would give me more opportunities to showcase my skills and gain more knowledge.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty in the college is very nice and they are very rich in their knowledge. They have a strong academic background. And have complete knowledge about there subject. And faculty is very helpful as well. They are always ready to help in case you are in need. They also have lot of experience in teaching field. And there teaching style is very good.
 

Placement Rating
Placements of the college are not really very good. However people got placed and companies come in the college for selection but very few people got selected and not everyone got the chance to be placed.
 

Hostel Rating
There are two different hostels that are available in my college. Infrastructure is good. Facilities provided are quite satisfactory and the food which they provide is also good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure of the college is so good. There are so many computer labs so that you can have the access to technology. Gardens in the college are well maintained and look so beautiful. There are so many sports related infrastructure like there is a swimming pool inside the college, badminton court, tennis court, and many more things. College library is so good and big. Overall there is a good infrastructure.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is quite nice here there are so many societies which provide you with so much of exposure. So many events take place side by side in which you got the opportunity to show case your skills. The crowd is very nice in the campus. There are students from almost every part of the country. You get to see so much of diversity in the college campus.

    Going to the Delhi University is a dream for many students as it provides many opportunities and experiences; which include internships, societies, webinars, workshops, live projects, concerts, etc. Choosing DU can be enjoyable.   • IPCW The First Women College of DU and DU's Most Beautiful Campus
     

    Overall Rating
    The campus is huge and very beautiful with attractive spots. The infrastructure and facilities are best. There are big classes, labs, and hostels are good with hygienic mess with good taste and variety. The bus stop and metro station is very near just 20 steps from campus. Campus life is great with proper enjoyment. There are active societies for extracurricular activities.     Indraprastha College for Women (IPCW), the 1st girl’s college, is one of the famous colleges affiliated with the Delhi University. It is well known for its academic reputation and infrastructure. IPCW is not located particularly in the North Campus but two stations away from Vishvidhyalya in Civil Lines. It has its academic excellence particularly in Humanities, Social Sciences, and Commerce.     It is the first women’s college that was ever established in Delhi which recently completed 100 years. The institution has had a number of alumni who have made a great name for themselves in their respective fields. The infrastructure is also decent compared to most colleges.
