Review of Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology, Guna

Overall Rating
Jaypee Guna has a huge campus of about 150 acres and it is full of greenery and beauty. It is a college of great fun and enjoyment. One should definitely join this college. It has good placement also which add more value to this college. The fees of the college are quite high with 3.5 lakhs per annum. Overall the college is good and developed.
 

Academics Rating
My particular course in the B.Tech is Computer Science and Engineering. The entry is given on the base percentage of 75% in class 12th with the JEE score. The motive for enrolling in this program is the demand and the value of this course in the market. In this semester exams also happen in which every students has to get min of 33% to get pass.
 

Faculty Rating
Our college has average faculties. There teaching is quite good and they are all Ph.Ds. Some junior faculties are also there which non Ph.Ds is and they usually teach in the 1st year only. The senior teachers are very good and their teaching quality is also good. They teach everything in a very good manner and make the topic clear to each student.
 

Placement Rating
Our college average placements. It has good placements in CSE department with the average placement of 9.85 lakhs per annum. The highest package is 45 lakhs per annum. The major recruiters here are Mahindra and Mahindra, Infosys, etc.
 

Hostel Rating
Our college has 1 girl’s hostel and 15 boy’s hostel. In girls hostel there is 4 blocks in which all the girls of B.Tech live. In each hostel there are sports facilities with badminton court, basketball court, and various other sport ground. All the blocks are fully covered with Wi-Fi facilities and there is also a common mess for the hostellers. A big swimming pool is also available in our hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of our college is good and it has newly made buildings. Our college has separate departmental blocks of all departments like CSE, Mechanical, etc. We have a big sports club with all the facilities of all games like table tennis, basketball cricket, football, etc. Our college has medical facilities with dispensary and a hospital in which free medicine are given to students.
 

Campus Rating
Our college has a wonderful campus life. It is full of fun and excitements. Every festival is celebrated with great preparation and decoration. Fest is also organized in 4 to 5 times a year. The fests are celebrated at a vast level and it is of about 3 to 4 days. The campus life here is good and also there is good with interaction with seniors. There are societies too which make a stand apart from the crowd.

    All the facilities are good in this university and the faculties are very helpful towards students. The mess food quality is palatable, and every kind of sport is played here.     The overall experience of the university is fine. Since the university is located in the outskirts area, there are no proper amenities which are available, but the placement is pretty decent. The faculty is fine, but the student cannot rely totally on the teachers.... Read Full Review

    Overall Rating
    Firstly, the Institute takes admission on the basis of JEE Mains percentile of the student followed by JIIT Counselling, and majority of the seats through 12th boards percentage. Secondly, the placements are pretty good, and you will get to a learn a lot here and make valuable memories.... Read Full Review
