Review of HMR Institute of Technology & Management, New Delhi

Overall Rating
Overall experience of mine is averagely good sided. I chose this course as I have huge interest in computer science and applications. I used robotics through computers that's why I chose this one as my future course. Others do the same as it’s a vast field for future lives and statistics. My institute provides medium type of facilities for course.
 

Academics Rating
Course: B.Tech CSE (4 year degree). Entry requirements: 10+2 pass with at least 75% and JEE mains with passing percentile admission through IP University GGSIPU. My college comes under GGSIPU. Motive: if want to pursue career in science and its vast realities then you should prefer this field as your core.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty is good here most of teachers are assistant professors and remaining are senior professors. Most of them have vast amount of practical and skilled knowledge too as they conduct our studies practically too on life examples. Style of teaching of some teachers is very good and of some is ok and low.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we have a Placement Cell of the college. Highest salary 35 LPA by sharechat. Average salary 5-6 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
No, we don't have hostel in our college. If someone wants to stay here there are some paid PGs nearby college in walking distance.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure is overall good. We have library of a gathering of 150 students at a time. Seminar rooms of a gathering of around 300 at a time. And we have sports facilities too for indoor and outdoor both like cricket, football, badminton, chess, kabbadi, athletics, table tennis, and more. There are separate boys’ and girls’ common room also.
 

Campus Rating
Crowd is around 1000 students. Clubs we have are of cultural societies like drama, dance, singing, arts, and instruments. Infact I am the drama head of college as I started this cultural society. In my college Fests are of GGSIPU annual fest Anugoonj which occurs in February or March. Other engagement activities are of college function which occurs during our festivals.

    Overall Rating
    Placements are worst. No college life. Some teachers are really good. Hostel is not available. If you like sports then don’t come here, there are no sports facilities available, and college has a really small ground. College canteen food is not good, and it also does not have much on its menu.     HMR Institute of Technology & Management was established in the year 2002. The institute is famous for its placement support. Every year around 75 to 80% students get placed in different core companies. They provide 17 UG and 3 PG course with 765+ seats.     The overall experience of HMR Institute of Technology and Management is one of the guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University affiliated college. They provide 17 undergraduate courses and 3 post-graduation courses. They have 765+ seats. There is a connectivity issue though. It is situated in Hamidpur and the nearest metro station from there is samaypur badli metro station and is 6km away.... Read Full Review
