An honest review about DCRUST

Overall Rating
After spending more than a year here, I just say as per your rank this university provide what you deserve. As a state college no. of home student is slightly more than that of student from other student. But University shares a good campus crowd. And in your 4 year of B.Tech you make a lot of memories.
 

Academics Rating
I am an ECE Student. I'm satisfied by my department professors and faculty and facilities provided. Here our department put effort to each and every student to make them industry ready. There a good coding culture here too. You may get admission here by in B.Tech of course by joint entrance examination (JEE) through the state council of Haryana education board.
 

Faculty Rating
As I mentioned above faculty here are above average. Especially on my electronic department they put lot efforts to students apart from academics. Of course in every institution there are some who are not up to mark. But at this rank you got faculty with good in academics as well as extracurricular activities.
 

Placement Rating
Placement here in DCRUST is average. There is a placement cell at B.Tech level as per as University level and placement percentage here is about to 70% to 80% in ECE and CSE and low in lower branches.
 

Hostel Rating
As a state university you got a decent hostel with community based mess system. As University having a large campus so you will get good open air hostel (different for each year).
 

Infrastructure Rating
Here you have different building blocks named after Indian scientists and engineers. Each block has some department on each floor. The iconic building of DCRUST have library in it and two computer labs and incubation centre. Campus also has a big size auditorium. We are here have separate grounds for all sports including cricket, hockey, badminton, football, basketball, tennis, volleyball, along with NCC ground and a ground with helipad.
 

Campus Rating
If you take admission here in DCRUST you going to enjoy your 4 year, DCRUST campus have a good campus crowd. University has in total 9 to 10 cultural society along with 6-7 technical society. Here we have a total three fests in DCRUST - RYTHM and AAGAZ the cultural fest of DCRUST and TECHNOVA the technical fest. There are so many other activities and events use to organise on a regular basis.

    I have taken admission in this college by HSETES counseling last year. This college suits my personality as it provides me ample of time to discover the new discoveries. There is no strict attendance criteria for my branch and additionally there are various public holidays and weekends. This makes this college a place for the student who wants to take preparation of different government examinations.     The reason why I chose this particular university is because its fees structure is quite affordable, also it is a government university. It has good faculty and good facilities like huge lavish library, sports facilities, labs, etc. It provides hostel facility and food at an affordable cost.
