My Experience in Government Polytechnic Institute, Warangal

Overall Rating
I joined in this institute in 2020. At starting I don’t have any idea about polytechnic but later I realised it is the best decision I’ve ever made. I choose this particular institute due to academic studies and quality of education they provide. Study was really good. You will get the knowledge what you will require in diploma.
 

Academics Rating
I pursued diploma in computer engineering. There are several courses available in diploma like civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering. Every course has duration of 3 years. Entry requirements are appearing TS POLYCET exam and get a maximum rank between 1-2000, and then you are eligible to join in this institute.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty was good and their style of teaching was understable. They all are having vast knowledge about the subject. They explain doubts if you have any regarding to the subject. You will get an idea about the subject. For CSE Department, they teach about additional topics if you are interested in. Overall, teaching and faculty is good compared to other diploma colleges.
 

Placement Rating
No
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, only for girls. Food was really good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our campus was located in the middle of the city. There are 3 academic blocks and workshops located at the backside of main block. One is for CSE & ECE department, one is for MECHANICAL and other is for EEE & CIVIL department. Structure of the building was not though good. Canteen is available. Ground is also available.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life was good with many memories. There are no clubs in this college. Every year only one event is conducted in college that is freshers. Sports events are conducted. Traditional day is there for specific festivals. You will get the fun and memories which you need definitely in college as a student.
