SRKR Engineering College Review

Overall Rating
The college was established in 1980 and it is one of the oldest and prominent colleges in Andhra Pradesh. The college has experienced faculty. The college environment is very peaceful. Apart from studies college also encourages students to participate in co-curricular activities. There are many organizations which are organized by students.
 

Academics Rating
The course which I took is Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (AI.DS) which is the booming technology in the present scenario. The entry requirements are to qualify in the entrance exam which is conducted by government of Andhra Pradesh (AP-EAPCET). The eligibility for course is to get the required cut -off rank.
 

Faculty Rating
There is nearly 400+ faculties in this college and more than 100 faculty members are with Ph.D. The faculties are well trained and experienced. The way of teaching is understandable and even a slow learner can easily understand the concept. Each faculty member is experienced in their respective subject.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we do have a Placement Cell in which training for the placements of different companies are held. It helps students to get placed in various MNC's. The highest package offered is 42 LPA and the lowest package offered is 4 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel contains four sharing and Three sharing rooms. The hostel also provides facilities like Wi-Fi, hot water, washing machine. There are two boys’ hostels and two girls’ hostels which are run by institution. The girls’ hostels are well secured.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The college divided into sub-blocks based on department. Each department has their own laboratory where students can do their practicals. The college has a playground for students and also has volleyball, tennis courts. There is also an indoor stadium for badminton. District wise badminton championships are also held here.
 

Campus Rating
There are so many external activities are conducted. The students are so enthusiastic to participate in those activities. There is an annual fest. Our college also organizes the cine club also which is the best chance for students to show their skills. The campus life is good. There are nearly 6000 to 8000 students in our college.

    This college has good infrastructure and well equipped laboratories. College has good and friendly faculty. The college has surrounded with trees and nature. College also gives priority for sports and it has better basket ball court, indoor stadium for badminton, etc. This college contains a central library and also an E-library.     The college environment is very peaceful in nature. The college contains different clubs apart from the studies these clubs are very useful for the students who want to build their career in other aspects than studies.     Our college has a good infrastructure and good teaching staff. Our college also provides the students with good discipline. And coming to placements our college has good placements and many MNCs visit our campus for the drives.     This institution was established in early 1980's and which is one of the most prominent engineering colleges present in Andhra Pradesh. This made me feel that this college would suit to pursue my bachelor's degree in this college.     My opinion on this college is it is one of the finest engineering colleges present in Andhra Pradesh. To get admission in this college there are 2 ways they are one is to get admission through government quota by get qualified in AP-EAPCET. The second way is to get admission through management quota by paying donation to the college. The college is very peaceful in nature and situated at the highway itself.... Read Full Review
