Life at Chitkara University

Overall Rating
Chitkara University is very best. Friends are very good here. It is ragging free campus and placement is also very good. Here students are very helpful to each other, and everyone is very social. The environment is also very good. Most of the students are getting placed through the university. It has green surroundings. So many students take internship at the end of 5th semester and off campus placements are also provided to the students on the basis of their skills.
 

Academics Rating
I choose the computer science branch in Chitkara University because I have interest in computers from my early childhood. I like this field a lot and want to make my career in this field.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty members are very friendly to every student. There is a mentor over every 40 students who guide them at every point. Students can go to them anytime and ask any doubts or any personal query. They also guide students about the life experiences other than the study.
 

Placement Rating
There is a placement cell in this university where everyone gets placed. After the end of 5th semester students can apply for on campus placements and the university also helps them by offering career opportunities in different companies.
 

Hostel Rating
There are two hostels in this university for boys like one is for Junior boys for 1st year and another one is for 2nd, 3rd and 4th year students. These hostels are clean, and all rooms are maintained properly.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure maintenance of the university is also very good. There are proper benches and desks in the classes. The classrooms are spacious and well-designed according to the length of the students. Overall, the infrastructure is nice.
 

Campus Rating
I like my campus life after coming here because I enjoyed many festivals like Garba Night, DJ night, etc. Various sports events, culture activities and many other programs are organised in the university. There are many clubs where students can join and perform their interested activity. There is a startup club where you can give ideas about your startup and make it successful.

    I was going for Chitkara University, Rajpura campus but it was too far so I decided to come here also because it is less crowded than Rajpura campus and my seniors told me it is best for value of money.     So as asked in this above question what made me choose this university is that the quality of education provided. The fees structure compared to the other colleges is much more better than the others and best part of the hostel is you get every facility at the hostel including laundry, mess, food, table, chairs, almirah, clean bathrooms, balcony, air cooler, and even you get the facility of microwaves and induction cook top.     Chitakra university is located in Himachal Pradesh. It’s one of the best universities in the north zone. It is surrounded by the hills in all side so that’s what makes me to choose this university. The environment here is also very beautiful and every teaching staff and my colleagues are helpful.     Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh is located at the border between Himachal and Haryana. It’s been 2 years since I joined this university, and I can tell you that its environment is good for those who love self-study and involving in extracurricular activities. The main thing here is it is far from city area so there is neither pollution nor noise. The university is surrounded by hills from all side which makes me feel to join this university....
