Life at Andhra Engineering College, Nellore

Overall Rating
Good discipline, friendly environment. Infrastructure is good and labs are organised very well. Experienced faculty and they helped allot for doing hackathon, projects, etc. Conducted so many trainings programs and workshops, guest lectures, seminars, etc. to grab knowledge. Conducted fests, events, sports for entertainment.
 

Academics Rating
I am studying computer Science engineering because I have lot of interest in coding. Here in my college we get proper lab sessions and explanation of programs. But in my college labs are not updated but we are able to do basic work. Focus on academic results. They helped to participate in hackathon and other programs.
 

Faculty Rating
my lecturers are experts and experienced in their subjects. They also want to provide a challenging and engaging learning experience to their students. They complete the syllabus within the time and explain everything very clearly. They observe every student and take care of them. They motivate students to achieve their goal and help them in many ways.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, my college contain placement cell. It conducts so many trainings like campus recruitment training, workshops etc. to grab knowledge and select in placement. They also help students to do internships. 50% students got placements. Highest package is 6 lakhs per annum.
 

Hostel Rating
My college provides separate hostels for boys and girls. Food is better. Maintain hygiene.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure is so good. It is hygienic and maintain very well. No Wi-Fi is provided to students. They are providing hostel facilities and developed class room’s capacity. Seminar hall is not good. Library also does not contain all books for students. Laboratories provide students with hands on experience in their respective field. College buses are provided for students.
 

Campus Rating
I feel very good in my college. I don't feel it is a college, I feel it like my home. Fests are conducted yearly once only. Campus is not that big in size. Transport facilities are very good. College location is very safe. It provides security for both boys and girls. Campus is clean and green. However my college is not just a place for learning, it is a place where we saw a life.
