Unveiling SBSC pros and cons

Overall Rating
SBSC is located in the south campus and the nearest metro station is Chirag Delhi. College has numerous undergraduate programs. SBSC has an impressive number of placements offered. College has a large infrastructure and a peaceful learning area. SBSC is also renowned for its sports participation. College regularly takes part in inter university competitions.
 

Academics Rating
BA Geography honors is taught in very few colleges of Delhi university and SBSC is highly recommended for it. The college requires minimum of 95%. Student of any stream can opt for geography honors. Geography honors is best for those who are aiming to Crack government exams along with this Geography honors helps individual to become a more responsible citizen.
 

Faculty Rating
College has good number of faculties. The teachers are highly qualified and done excellence in their field along with it they are very much cooperative. Teachers are not only adhered to the curriculum but also provide additional knowledge apart from the textbooks. Teachers mostly use presentation to deliver the lecture efficiently.
 

Placement Rating
No, the Placement Cell is not very much active.
 

Hostel Rating
College doesn’t provide any hostel facilities to the students.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The college has a vast area and big infrastructure. College has greenery all around the campus and Wi-Fi facilities. College has a large parking area. College has total of 6 blocks and each block has separate washrooms. College has large library and large number of books. College also has a large and well-maintained ground.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life at SBSC is pretty amazing. Various fests and events take place every month. Along with college also organizes various events and motivational seminars. College has a diversified environment as students found most from ever state. College provides various internships programs which are paid too.

    Talking about the campus of Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, it's quite big. Overall academic strictness is there with attendance issue too, like after the new principal got appointed here one has to maintain minimum attendance of 66.7% to give semester exams, otherwise you'll get detained....     I’m a second year student in Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University. Initially when I entered this college, it was not up to my expectations.     I am a first year student at Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi. As I am a student of CUET 2023 batch, So I got this college according to my preference list. At first I was quiet disappointed but later I realized that I got one of the best colleges in terms of commerce courses. Our college offers best commerce faculty to the students.     SBSC is one of the best colleges of Delhi University in the south campus located in Sheik Sarai and the nearest metro station is Chirag Delhi. Our class has around 50 students.
