Honest review about IIT BHU

Overall Rating
Overall, I love my college and prefer my colleges to other students. The placement process is rather good because students must meet basic requirements and demonstrate sufficient skill to be placed. Numerous organisations and clubs exist to enhance your happiness and help you create lasting memories throughout your time in college. Throughout your time in college, you may encounter a variety of new things, filling your life with experiences.
 

Academics Rating
In order to pursue a B.Tech degree at the college, you must pass the JEE Advanced exam and maintain the minimum eligibility requirements of 75% or above on your 12th board test. While relative grading helps to sort out some of the subjects, there is some leeway in the mark distribution criteria in college, provided that you have done your best to maintain your performance.
 

Faculty Rating
Regarding faculties obviously since it is IIT their backgrounds are well established and very well academic background. I can’t say that they all are nice since some professors are not so nice with their teaching style, but I guess this is a very common problem and all institutes have professors like this only.
 

Placement Rating
I don’t know much about placements but there are hardworking cells called Training and Placement Cell [TPC] for internship and placement of students.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel infrastructure is decent. You will get different hostels in 4 years in which some hostels are recently built while others are old. Facilities in those are okay like not so luxurious but decent. Mess food is far better than any other government colleges.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Truly speaking infrastructure is not that good since this is college which had been constructed many years ago, so buildings and academic blocks are of old style and do not have many facilities like centralized AC and all. But yes, recently built buildings like library and some hostels are quite okay.
 

Campus Rating
The best part about my college is that we can really enjoy which makes our campus life 'THE BEST'. Like there is full freedom, two wheeled vehicles are allowed unlike many other colleges. No time restrictions do whatever you want. All it has many different types of clubs like cultural club (music, photography, cinematography, dance) for your passion and tech clubs (coding, business, aero, robotics) for your exploration and experiences.

    Overall IIT BHU is good in terms of placement from every other IIT. You should definitely put some good choices in counseling and put some good branches.     IIT BHU is currently ranked 10 in NIRF ranking 2024. The college has very good environment for academics and personal development. So many clubs and societies are there to help a student in his / her extracurricular growth. The college has tech clubs like aero modeling, robotics, coding club, and more.     The overall experience at IIT BHU is like dream fulfilling, had a rigorous curriculum, research opportunities and highly educated faculties for the academics. I really like the sports facilities offered by the institute and joyful & memorable experiences at the festivals.     Overall Rating
    I joined the institute because the coding culture here is the best (in my opinion). According to the convention, IIT BHU stands at 9th position in all 23 IITS. It stands at 3rd position in overall 23 IITs in terms of placements. It has a lavish green campus and has its own vibe. The campus is literally huge with area of whopping 1300 acres.
