Experience in IIT Nagpur

Overall Rating
The overall experience of this college is good. And I have chosen this institute because this college has good placements. And for my marks I got in JEE Mains I am getting IIT colleges only. In those IIT colleges I found IIT Nagpur is best. So I have chosen this college. I suggest others to join this college if they can pay high fees for college and the one more reason is if they want good placements.
 

Academics Rating
To join in this college you need to get minimum marks required for this course to take admission in that particular course. And you need to qualify JEE Mains. To write JEE Mains exam you need to register for JEE Mains exam which is conducted by National Testing Agency. And I have joined in Electronics and Communications Engineering branch because this branch has good placements.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty teaching here are well educated and most of them are graduated from top colleges in India. And some of the faculties are Ph.D scholars and some faculty has completed their research in their respective courses. And the way of teaching followed by the faculty is very good. And they provide real time education for students.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, this college has a Placement Cell. This is helping students a lot in getting better placements. The placement training will be given to students of fourth year before their placement activities start.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, this college has hostel facilities around its campus. The hostel Life is good. As the hostels are well infrastructure and there will be no recreational activities provided to the hospital residents. The hostels are equipped with wifi facility for students.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The college has different academic blocks for different branch students. And there is a common auditorium for students to do some extracurricular activities. And any fests in the college are happened in auditorium only. The infrastructure of the college is also good. The classrooms are very large in size. And the classrooms are well equipped with projectors and ACs.
 

Campus Rating
My experience about overall campus life is good. And there are many places near the campus to hangout with your friends. And the college has many grounds where you can play different games. And there are many clubs in this college. And there will be two fests every year. And the extracurricular activities are conducted very often.

    Overall Rating
    IIIT Nagpur is a public-private partnership based institute, an institute of national importance. Being an IIIT, I chose this college. Here, the experience is decent. Campus life is average and the infrastructure is good as far as academic and administrative buildings are concerned. Faculties are highly qualified and are good in terms of teaching; course curriculum is well designed for students of every branch.     You will find the overall college life somewhere between average to good, in this college you can experience the campus life only if you are staying in the college hostel. I am saying this because only limited seats are there in the college hostel for freshers.     I chose IIITN because of the various reasons listed here: 1. I did not get any other top college better than this college. 2. This institute has a tag of national importance, which is a good thing. 3. The institute has a big campus area of 100 acres which is greater than many IIITs. 4. I wanted to take the Computer Science and Engineering branch which is one of the major reasons why I chose this college.
