GITA is one of the top private colleges in Bhubaneswar. It was established in 2004. It is affiliated to Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Rourkela. It is accredited at 'A' grade having highest CGPA in Odisha (3.30 CGPA) by NAAC. Students can get admission in this college through national entrance exam such as CAT, XAT, JEE MAIN, GATE, etc. and through state entrance exam OJEE. The procedure of admission is very systematic and transparent. Students can apply through online mode. College management and faculties are also very supportive and cooperative.

Currently I'm student of bachelor of technology, in CSE and I got admission though JEE MAINS. Students who are looking for B.Tech course in this college must have passed std.12th in science stream (PCM/PCMB) and secured above 65%. This college has good academic record along with various co-curricular activities being held all through the year. Faculties are highly qualified and supportive who guide in every possible way. And the subjects are perfect as per my expectations. Yes, courses are helpful in getting a job. It has placement percentage of 80-85% per year.

Faculties here are highly qualified and experienced. There are approx 130-180 faculties of my course. Whereas overall 300-350 faculties are there in the college. The average experience of faculties is around 12-18 years. The teachers here have PhD, M.Tech, B.Tech and other higher degrees in their specified field. They also have sound knowledge in respective subjects with detailed explanation.

The training and placement department of our college is very active and cooperative. The top companies visiting in our company are TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Byjus, Wipro. The highest package offered was about Rs. 9.2 lacs by Byjus. Having 70-80% students placed every year with average Rs. 3-4 lacs per annum.

The college provides hostel facility with proper maintained room and 24hrs water and electricity supply. Also fully Wi-Fi campus is provided. Girls and boys are given separate hostels. The fees charged by college for hostel and mess is around 55k. Meal is provided 3 times a day. Meals include healthy items along with variety and taste. The college also provides 24 hrs security facility.

GITA has very sound infrastructure and maintained environment. The college has many labs for all the departments and subjects. It also organises many workshops frequently. It also has a big auditorium. The college also has 2 big and beautiful gardens, and stores for students in the campus. There is also a medical facility in the college and also provides ambulance facility in case of emergency.

College life is one the most memorable year of every student. One can make career along with memories. Cultural fest, food fest, and also sessions and workshops are held frequently for the students.
