A review of iiit nagpur by mohan

Overall Rating
My overall experience of this institute is good. The surroundings around the institute are filled with greenery. I chose this course because this institute has good placements for ECE students and the curriculum followed by this institute is very good. I recommend this institute to others if they want good placements instead of joyful life.
 

Academics Rating
To get seat in this institute you need to get eligible score in JEE-Mains Exam. This course is about electronics and wireless communications where you study about electronics. To get seat in this particular course you need to get score set for this course. If you have eligible score you can choose this institute at the time of counselling.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty here is graduated from renowned IITs and NITs and some are graduated from Foreign Universities. The teaching methodology followed by the faculty here is very good. They start from basics of the course and later on they will go to advanced level of those topics. The teaching style varies from one faculty member to other faculty member.
 

Placement Rating
This institute has a Placement Cell. The Placement Cell of this institute really helps students a lot in getting the campus placements. They will give placement training for students and it really helped many students to get better placement.
 

Hostel Rating
This college has residential facilities. And has it's own hostels around the premises of the academic block. The infrastructure of this college is not that good. But the hostels have enough facilities for students. The hostel Life is also good. And there are recreational activities provided to the hostel residents.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of this institute is very good. This institute has separate academic blocks for different branch students. The buildings are newly constructed. The academic blocks are well equipped with AC. The classrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with projectors. There are many washrooms in the academic blocks. There is a computer lab for CSE students as well as there is an electronics lab for ECE students.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life is good. This institute has many grounds to play games. There are many clubs that are run by students. The fest organized twice a year. One is tech fest which held in the month of October and the other is annual fest which held in the month of March. The crowd of this institute is nearly 2200. The extracurricular activities are also organized every year.

    Indian Institute of Information and Technology Nagpur is one the well-known IIIT. As we all know that we select college on the basis of infrastructure and placements as well as on internship. Yes my college also promotes IT workshop and also sponsors the children for participating in various hackathons held in various parts of country.     IIIT Nagpur is a public-private partnership based institute, an institute of national importance. Being an IIIT, I chose this college. Here, the experience is decent. Campus life is average and the infrastructure is good as far as academic and administrative buildings are concerned. Faculties are highly qualified and are good in terms of teaching; course curriculum is well designed for students of every branch.     You will find the overall college life somewhere between average to good, in this college you can experience the campus life only if you are staying in the college hostel. I am saying this because only limited seats are there in the college hostel for freshers.     I chose IIITN because of the various reasons listed here: 1. I did not get any other top college better than this college. 2. This institute has a tag of national importance, which is a good thing. 3. The institute has a big campus area of 100 acres which is greater than many IIITs. 4. I wanted to take the Computer Science and Engineering branch which is one of the major reasons why I chose this college.
