GITA Bhubaneswar is really good with academics and new varieties of exposure to students regarding career, fun, jobs and higher education. The Institute is accredited by NAAC, NBA, AICTE with good ratings which itself determines the academics is well and good. For admission process, you have to simply give JEE-MAINS or OJEE apart from this, you can also get admitted here directly through management processes.

I've joined B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, the course curriculums given at every semester are great. Often class tests, quizzes, and rapid fun questions are being asked to commemorate knowledge provided. This course is surely helpful to get a job and the course is as expected. If you're an aspirant interested in technical things and other management skills, you get the best here because they teach what is desired. Eligibility to this is 12th in Science Stream and JEE, OJEE are important, without any of these you won't be able to get in.

There are different faculties for each curriculum and also for different counseling regarding life skills, development and etc. We have regular training sessions to enhance speaking and corporate skills from 2nd year. The college has all total of 150 to 200 faculties and each of them having 8-10 years of experience. The subjects are taught well with proper examples which are easy to memorize. You're provided with a Proctor each year who is responsible for all what you do and all when you need any help, consolation or leaves you need.

Trainings and placements are really good all around 400 out of 500 students get placements in well-known companies. Companies like Amazon, TCS, Infosys are regular here and around 60% of applicants pass the exams and placements.

Hostels are not so good as in Girls but are okay for survival. The mess food is good and you're not allowed to waste. For first year, girls need to stay 4 in a room with cupboards attached but washrooms would be common for the floor. Approximately 4 girls can use 1 washroom. From 2nd year onwards, you get an option to live single, with partner or in group either of 3, 4 or 5. Hostel fees per year is Rs. 55,000 which is compatible. Quality of food is okay and you're not allowed to go out after 6 pm (for girls) and for boys it's 8 pm.

Infrastructure of college is astonishing. There are 4 big buildings with a separate central Library which provide great varieties of books, a different building for workshops and labs. The Institute has a large campus with a large size playground decorated with beautiful small waterfalls at each corner. There are 2 cafeterias, 2 stores and Medical Support is available 24*7.

There are varieties of clubs in the campus where you can apply according to your interests, boost, enhance and showcase them whenever you need. The college also supports to this. You are free to interact with seniors which gets you into human growth, learning and healthy interactions. Annual fests are there in every January of 5 days where 2 days are of tech, 2 days for cultural and 1 day for normal. Apart from this we have 2 days of food fest.
