This was the best institute that I was getting at my rank as these university ranks 3rd in my state Haryana. Its infrastructure, area of campus, lush green campus, made me choose this college. Its cultural fest is one of best among other colleges and these fests continue for many days so that students could really enjoy these. Also, all sports facilities are provided with lot of open grounds for football, cricket, athletics etc. A huge library is also present with 24x7 reading hall. So, I would suggest other students to go for it as to prefer a good government university over private colleges.

Currently I am pursuing B.Tech in Civil Engineering and I am in 1st year itself only. Admissions in this college are on the basis of JEE mains rank via state counseling process and the left-over seats go through physical counseling which may goes up to lakhs of rank and help lower rank students to get a good government university. My motive for joining this university was to pursue civil engineering from a reputed university so I feel glad to join it and I am satisfied with this college.

My department is Civil Engineering, so I know only civil engineering professors' other departments I don't know. Our faculties mainly include graduated students or the students who are currently doing Ph.D because this is our first year only and we could not expect much more experienced faculties but as soon as we move to 2nd year, 3rd year the faculties get more experienced and even HOD's of their subjects teaches us.

Yes, my college has a placement cell and also has a good average package of 8 LPA. If anyone wants to get package, then he/she should have a tech side branch means computer science or electronics or even electrical because these branches only consist of placements and the core branches give rise to more government applicable jobs not placements. Core branches also has placements but only that students who codes or have interest in computer science gets easily a 4-5 LPA package.

Hostels are best things in a college. These are not just walls made of bricks but the memories of thousands of students. I just love my hostel life with my new friends made there only. Separate hostels are present for both boys and girls. Infrastructure is okay; rooms are quite small, good maintenance, good sanitation, common room with TV and other games, guest room for parents, a good mess and volleyball grounds inside itself.

Infrastructure of DCRUST is just amazing with a lot of buildings and departments. Area of campus is too much enough to cover up in an entire day (273 acres). Infrastructure mainly consists of good road network, small canteens, booths, trees, a beautiful and large auditorium, 2 floor library, reading hall, swimming pool, sports ground, NCC grounds, various department blocks, 4 boys' hostel, 3 girls' hostel and beautiful atmosphere.

My campus life is going just smoothly with a lot of fun and enjoyment with my friends. The crowd here is just awesome because students of every district are there which relates it to unity in diversity culture. Fests happen here every month and student get to chill and dance there and its refreshing mood thing. Students support and help each other, and these things make experience too good. I am just living my awesome life with a lot of enjoying and harsh in my life.
