Overall Rating
Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Dental College, Solapur is a very good institute. There is an ample number of patients and the teaching staff, non-teaching staff, and management everything is very good. There are very good facilities in the institute. It is exactly in Keagon which is 10 to 12 kilometers away from Solapur.
 

Academics Rating
The name of the course is Bachelor of Dental Surgery. The admission of which takes place through NEET examination. The cut-off changes every year depending on the nature of questions in the exam and also the number of students enrolling for NEET that particular year. Anyone interested in dentistry can enroll for the same.
 

Faculty Rating
There is ample faculty for each subject. There are 3 subjects for first, second, and third year and 8 subjects for final year. There are minimum 10 staff members for each subject. In total the faculty count is above 125. The faculty is of MDS as well as BDS. There are nurses, ward boys, and sisters as well.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There is one big building having 3 floors. There is a separate department for each subject. There are 5 lecture halls in total. In campus there are boys as well as girl’s hostel, canteen, and gym for the students. There are laboratories in the college as well. There are badminton court, carom, chess, and table tennis games as well.
 

Campus Rating
Many fests are celebrated in Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Dental College, Solapur. Ganesh Utsav is one of them. Dandiya is also celebrated during Navratri. Kojagiri is one of the main functions celebrated here. Crowd is also very good. Campus life is average. There are no clubs in the campus of PDU college.
