Amity University, Noida acknowledged by UGC and accredited by the NAAC with an A+ grade. The study streams are at doctoral, postgraduate, and undergraduate levels. Besides India, this college university also has branches in different parts of the world including New York, Singapore, Dubai, and London. The admission process of this university is carried out on the basis of the total marks scored. The process is fairly designed with an interview and written test.

I have completed Bachelors of Computer Application (BCA) from this university and it was a three-year course with six semesters. Amity University Admission for BCA eligibility criterion is that the student should have completed 10+2 with Computer Application/Computer Science/Maths with a minimum score of 50%. As I have completed HSC in Commerce-Computer Application, I joined BCA course and I found the Amity University is one of the reputed universities to complete this course. The subjects included in this course were Mathematics, C Program, C++, Java, Data Base Management Systems, and many more. I even got the opportunity to learn foreign languages like French, Chinese, Japanese, German, etc. This course gives you a lot of scope in the field of software engineering and one can even get jobs in reputed companies.

When it comes to the faculty of the Amity University, they were quite amazing. All the faculty members were highly qualified and helpful in this university with unique expertise in their field. If I talk about the faculty members of my course, they were all postgraduates and doctorates. The teaching methods of our faculty were unbelievable and it has helped many students to complete the course with good marks including me. All the teachers have 5+ years of teaching experience in this stream and they have helped us to meet with the upgraded technology in the practical field.

Amity University ensures better placements for capable students. A very small number of students are interested to get placements after BCA but the university offers 100% placement for the interested students. Several students are picked for placements every year by top companies like WIPRO, Infosys, Mphasis, Oracle, and more from this university. These companies offer good salary packages ranging from Rs. 4 lakhs to Rs. 10 lakhs per annum. Many of the capable students from our batch have received placements in the average package of Rs. 2.5 lakhs per annum as a starting salary. Our placement cell strives hard to make better placements for the students in leading companies with internships. About 40% of the students from our batch have got campus placements in various reputed companies.

Amity University also provides the students with a fair hostel facility. Of course, the hostels are separate for both girls and boys. The total hostel fees vary depending on the type of hostel rooms as there are AC and non-AC rooms available. Moreover, the hostel rooms are equipped with a good bio-metric security system along with CCTV. The overall hostel and its washroom are properly maintained and foods are completely hygienic. Other facilities for the hostelers include access to the campus gym, food outlets like Domino's, Subway, etc., W H Smith (daily utility shop), salon, fruit shop, and many more.

Amity Uni Noida is huge with various facilities like big classrooms, Wi-Fi options, well-maintained 56,000 sq. ft library, four computer labs, and so on. The best thing is the classrooms of the campus are fully air-conditioned with clear stairs and corridors. Library and computer labs were also fully air-conditioned. Also, we have the facilities of a swimming pool, gym, playground, cafeteria, salon, fruit shop, gift shop, and a daily utility shop inside the campus. The food was completely hygienic served in the canteen and mess. Besides, the sports section was also awesome. There are instant medical facilities for the well-being of the students within the campus.

As a whole, I would like to say that Amity University has a friendly and relaxing environment with good infrastructure facilities. I had the best experience in three years of my campus life with stunning Amity Youth Fest and activities like AAGHAZ, Sangathan for sports, rock and raga for singing, rally for rivers, and many more. I have never experienced any kind of ragging from the side of my seniors. They were very helpful and friendly.
