I think I want to say about the institute is that the institute is brilliant and marvelous it is in area of about 500 so acres and there is a lot of greenery all around. I opted for this institute because it is well known institute in the area of research and technology. It is such an immense institute that it is number 1 in research.

The course which I have chosen is B.Tech because I have just passed 12th class and however there is a lot of programs after 12th but I chose B.Tech because in it there is a lot of knowledge that we get in it in different fields .the entry requirements are that we have to pass JEE mains and then JEE advance then we have to appear in the JOSAA counseling and then our turn comes in this institute and we get this college. My motive for enrolling in this program is that in the age of about 22-25 years we get eligible for working in any big companies and we get job, placements offer in different companies.

The faculties teaching at IIT Ropar are all Ph.D and have a lot of immense knowledge in their respective domains and all the faculties have passed a lot of time in studying. All the faculties teach in a friendly manner. All the faculties have a lot of experience in their respective fields. All the faculties talk in English for easy communication among students of different areas. All the faculties take tutorials in correct time. All the faculties try that no student should fail and get a Google grade in their exams.

Yes, we have a Placement Cell in our institute which is run by the students of IIT Ropar. In the placement cell, different companies come and first take interview of students. Then they provide suitable jobs for each student according to their performance in their interviews. The students at IIT Ropar in B.Tech program first get an internship in 3sd year then they get placements offers according to their interviews in their final year.

There are 6 hostels at IIT Ropar. They are Brahmaputra boys, Brahmaputra girls, Sutlej, Beas, Chenab, and Ravi. In these hostels Ravi and Chenab are girls and rest are boys. All the hostels are well cleaned. In each hostel there is a group of workers which work with dedication to keep cleanliness. The bathrooms and hostels are well cleaned. In the rooms there are two large LEDs and fan and there is a window in each room for ventilation.

In the campus there are 5 blocks which are: Ramanujan block of Computer Science, J.C block of Electrical Engineering, Satish Dhawan block for Mechanical Engineering, S.S. BHATNAGAR block for chemistry department and Super academic Block for Civil Engineering. In each block, there is a lot of equipment for study purpose. All the blocks are built according to the latest models and their infrastructures are of modern world.

The overall campus life is chill. In the morning when we get up, we get a pleasant sound of hummingbirds. Then we go to the mess where we eat delicious food. Then we go for the classes. Then we come back in afternoon and then we go to different clubs for different club activities and then we go for some rest and then we take dinner, do some walk and go for study. In this way, our day goes.
