Providing best mechanical course in Mumbai

Overall Rating
Pillai College of Engineering is one of the best and oldest engineering college in Navi Mumbai which provides the best courses and is very good in faculty wise infrastructural wise and very good overall with the resources and the environment it provides and all the overall exposure of industries and fests and activities of the college.
 

Academics Rating
There are many courses like other sections of engineering itself like Mechanical, Computer, Electrical, Information Technology, in commerce it is BMS and MBA is also provided in Pillai college. The entry is done with different entrance exams such as for engineering it was CET and JEE. The college is autonomous and different eligibility criteria according to the cutoff. The college provides the best course, so I enrolled here.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty of the college is one of the oldest and provides the best of the knowledge it could. The faculty makes sure that all the students are clear with the course and have a clear vision the further exams. All are very senior most teachers and help the students with the respective courses. They use both modern technique-like industrial visits and old techniques referring the books of old authors for it.
 

Placement Rating
There is a Placement Cell in the institute itself which takes care of the placement of the college students. It really helps and takes care and updates regular activities regarding the placement of the town. It looks to get maximum students placed.
 

Hostel Rating
The college provides hostel. I don’t live in hostel but as I’ve friends, they say it’s very secured and very comfortable in the hostel with hygiene is maintained in it.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus infrastructure is the best as it has many blocks and different blocks for engineering and for commerce. The college has its big library which is full of books. Many books which is old and new author, and which helps to get a good knowledge. The classes are very good and hygienic and very spacious with air conditioning provided.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life in my college is too good. It provides a very happy and positive environment for the students to study. There are very mixed crowds and the best thing in the college is its fests. There is annual fest such as ALEGRIA which is held at a very huge level and tech Alegria which is a very big event for tech freaks. In Alegria there are competitions such as for sports and music and art and DJ night comedy nights and many more.

  • Good infrastructure and encouraging staff

    The college is well equipped with good Infrastructure and cleanliness. It is now an Autonomous college, so it mainly focuses on Project Based Learning which helps students to develop different types of skills. College encourages students to take part in every extracurricular activity like sports. Campus is good and properly maintained.     The college is average with above average facilities. I recommend this college only after you've exhausted all your other options and can't get into one as the cutoffs are very competitive in nature. There are many clubs, societies and events that make the college fun and interesting. The college's proximity to the station makes travel easy for students.
