Insights of BMSCW

Overall Rating
The reason why I chose my college is firstly it is old college with good teaching experience and have a good placement and second reason it is very good for sports and Guides, NCC and gives a good platform to showcase our talents with a lot of cultural activities. Food facilities are not too good, and infrastructure is not so good.
 

Academics Rating
I am pursuing BCA second year and till now my teachers are good cooperative but some as usual ok good lab facilities with good internet connection as I heard from my seniors during project time teachers are quite cooperative and they give lot of practical based assignment and extra information about the present situation in IT field which is quite helpful.
 

Faculty Rating
In BCA department faculty is not so friendly and strict. But still, they are supportive in project and clarifying doubts. Some teachers give assignment in such a way that we should apply it practically. Doing BCA in this college with such kind of teacher will really help us to further getting inside the IT field.
 

Placement Rating
As I am still pursuing my education, I don't have any idea about placements.
 

Hostel Rating
There is no hostel in our college but there are some nearby private hostel facilities.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our college classrooms are big and good. Almost all class has projectors and has good lightings with good corridors. Our college has one medium size open air auditorium. Food facility is quite manageable; there are sports room and a gym where all the students are eligible to use it. Overall, it's quite good.
 

Campus Rating
Our campus is bit crowded there are many fast and activities where we can showcase our talents. Every year they make us to perform different kinds of activities from different branches. Lot of inter college competition goes on especially in sports like volleyball football Kabaddi etc. it's giving a wide platform to go across the states to play.

    BMSCW is the college located in Basavanagudi. One of the oldest colleges in Bangalore. It has made its own name and fame which it is worth of.     BMS College for Women is good for the females who want secure their dream and future. I am pursuing my Bachelor's Degree in BMS. The faculty, staff, and environment are good here and the way of teaching is best, they explain each and everything clearly. The faculty gives their best. BMS Women's College encourages many talents through their programs, cultural fest, sports, clubs, and many more. They also take students to field trips through NSS and camps through NCC.     I'm currently pursuing in BCA, Bachelor of Commerce Applications. I have also completed my PUC in BMSCW college. They have very well experienced lectures and encourage students to enroll in particular fields like industries, psychology and much more. My experience in BMSCW is very good.
