Thoughts about NIET

Overall Rating
It is good college for those students who wants to study only in CS field although pharmacy but for master's I think student can look for another college rather than this college This college is good in CS IT branches they do lot of efforts for making a student of CS, IT field to placement ready. They conduct lots of training sessions for students to learn/ practice languages like C++, Java and Web Development.
 

Academics Rating
Those students who want to take admission in B.Tech then he/she has to give JEE entrance exam and appear in counseling and clear the cut-off of respective branches. Eligibility 10+2 and 60 percent in 10+2. Also, for laterals entry 60 percent in diploma. It is very good college for those students who wants to study in IT /CS field.
 

Faculty Rating
In this college only two things are good. First placement in CS / IT fields and second faculty. Faculty to too good in this college. They are very humble very supportive, but they can give you lots of assignments. You can go anytime on their cabins and take advice or clear your doubt they can clear your doubt very humbly.
 

Placement Rating
For Placement point of view, I can say it is only of the best in placement in CS/IT in Greater Noida. But in other courses like M.Tech, MBA etc. I can say it is not a good college.
 

Hostel Rating
Poor hostel life third quality food, third quality water, no arrangement for summer like cooler, AC.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Also, infrastructure is third class of this college. Function and parties are not containing by this college and sometime small programs are containing by college but rather than that program our school program are good. Canteen is third class not proper timing for opening and closing for canteen. Not too many options in canteen.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is so boring. After entering in this college, a student had thought that where we came. No game periods only ground is for sitting not for playing. Dress is not compulsory in this college. This college has third class campus life. Only those students take admissions in this college who can come only for taking classes.

It is little bit stricter than other institutes nearby but the academics of the institute are quite good and there is no issue about the academics. Institute environment is also good.     NIET provides the best learning environment compared to other NCR colleges. Since it is an autonomous institution, hence there are many advantages that students get from it like, syllabus based on industry required skills. Overall Placements are good! This institution is different from many others like it is autonomous. Syllabus is made by the college management which is based on the Industrial skill requirements.     NIET college is good for skills development, as there are various interesting extracurricular activities which develop skills in a student. They mainly focus on Speaking skills as it is very important to improve our vocabulary skills as MNC hires those employees who have proper knowledge of communication and knowledge of how to interact with people.     Strong placement record, experienced faculties, Clean Environment, transportation services are also very good. One of the best Institutes that I have seen in Greater Noida. There are lots of fests organized in this Institute and the students are also nice. They come from a very good family background.     NIET is a good institute when it comes to placements. Admission in NIET is mainly done through AKTU counseling and courses are allotted through the JEE rank. The first year fee submitted in the institute during admission was 179000 rupees, which includes tuition fee, exam fee, student welfare charges and many more. In addition, the institute hostel charges are different based on AC/Non AC. the hostel fee for 4 seater is 93600 rupees. For fees waivers, it is 60000 for first year and 40000 from th...
