TG ICET (TS ICET) Registration 2025: How to Fill Application Form, Fees, Last Date, Documents

On behalf of TGCHE, Kakatiya University i.e., the exam conducting body will begin the TG ICET / TS ICET registration 2025 in the 2^nd Week of March 2025. The candidates must register online before the TG ICET 2025 registration last date. Students should keep themselves updated by regularly visiting the exam’s official website, “icet.tsche.ac.in”.

The below-given table consists of TG ICET 2025 application form fees:

*Note: No late fees is included in the above listed amount and these are applicable if the candidate submits the registration form before the given deadline which probably will be in the second week of May.

Along with the registration fee, applicants are required to pay the late fees if they submit the application form after the deadline of the registration. The late fees for the submission of TG ICET application form ranges between Rs.250/- to Rs.1000/-.  Moreover, following table includes the information about the same:

Students filling the TS ICET / TG ICET application form need to pay the examination fee through any one of the following mode:

• TS / AP Online Centers.
• Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking.

Aspiring students who have fulfilled TG ICET eligibility criteria 2025 can start and complete the registration process as per the below-given steps:

Step 1: Navigate the TG ICET exam official website i.e., “icet.tsche.ac.in”.

Step 2: On the homepage of the website, press the “Application Fee Payment” tab.

Step 3: Read all the instructions displayed on the screen and click the “Continue” icon.

Step 4: Afterwards, candidates will be redirected to the “TSICET – 2025 Fee Payment” page.

Step 5: Enter all the required details including:

• Candidate’s Name
• Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket Number
• Date of Birth (DOB)
• Mobile Number
• Alternate Mobile Number (Parent’s / Guardian)
• Email ID
• Category
• Payment Type

Step 6: Now, select the mode of payment and press the “Proceed to Payment” icon to pay the registration fee.

Step 7: A “Payment Reference ID” will be reflected on the PC once the payment is successfully completed. For future references, students need to note down the payment reference ID.

Note: Applicants are advised to skip the above-mentioned steps if they have completed the application fee payment procedure at TS / AP Online Centers. In such cases, students can directly navigate “icet.tsche.ac.in” with the Receipt Form and start filling the application form.

Step 8: After clicking the “Proceed to Fill Application” icon, students will be directed to the Application screen.

Step 9: Now, candidates have to fill the following details:

• Payment Reference ID
• Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket Number
• Mobile Number
• DOB

Step 10: Afterwards, click on the “Get Application” button.

Step 11: Fill in all the required details in the Application Form such as:

• Personal Details
• Contact Details
• Address Details
• Educational Details
• Test Centers (3 Preferred Cities)
• Medium

Step 12: Candidates have to scan and upload the image of their passport size photograph and signature.

Step 13: Complete the declaration by clicking on the ‘Checkbox’.

Step 13: To save the application form, press the “Save” tab and then click the “Preview / Submit” icon to re-check the filled details in the application form.

Step 14: Afterwards, candidates can press the “Modify” tab if they want to edit the filled form. Otherwise, click on the “Confirm / Freeze” button to submit the application.

Step 15: At last, applicants can click the “Print Application” icon to print the filled application form & then download it for future requirements.

While filling the TS ICET / TG ICET exam registration 2025 form, applicants must keep the below-given points in consideration:

• After the successful payment of registration fee, students will get 2 options which are “Proceed to Fill Application” and “Fill Application Form”. Applicants who immediately want to fill the application form after the fee payment can select Option 1. Whereas, candidates can choose Option 2 if they want to close the application window and fill the application form later.
• If the application fee payment amount is deducted from the candidate’s bank account before the receipt gets generated, he / she must check the fee payment status through the “Payment Status” option available on the exam’s official website.
• If the candidates receive the message of “Payment Details Not Found”, in such cases, they are required to make the application fee payment again. Also, the amount that has been debited earlier from the bank account will be refunded within 5 to 7 working days.

Students need to have the below-given documents to fill the details of the exam application form:

• Receipt from TS Online or AP Online centre (If Applicable).
• Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking (If Applicable).
• Hall Ticket Number of Qualified Degree and Marks Memo.
• Birth Certificate / Class 10^th Marksheet         
• The Local Candidate Certificate
• Income Certificate
• Caste Certificate
• SADARAM Certificate for PwD candidates (If Applicable).
