TG EAPCET Eligibility Criteria 2025: Check Nationality, Age Limit, Aggregate Score & Qualifications

Aspiring candidates can register for the exam after verifying the TG EAPCET eligibility criteria 2025. If the students do not meet the eligibility criteria of their preferred course, then he / she will not be able to register for the exam. To become eligible to appear in the TG EAPCET exam, candidates must be an Indian National / PIO / OCI card holder. Along with this, they should have qualified Class 12^th or its equivalent examination.

JNTU Hyderabad – the conducting body announces the eligibility criteria on the TG EAPCET’s exam official website. Candidates who are looking forward to apply for TG EAPCET registration 2025 must fulfill the eligibility criteria according to their respective courses which are as follows:

Nationality

Applicants must be any of them:

• Domicile of India.
• Persons of Indian Origin (PIO).
• Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders

* It is necessary for the candidates to be a resident of Telangana / Andhra Pradesh. Along with this, they should have met the local / non–local status requirements prescribed in the Telangana / Andhra Pradesh Education Institutions.

Age Limit

Candidates have to meet the following age criteria on the basis of their chosen course:

* For B.Tech (Dairy Technology / Agr. Engineering / Food Technology) and all Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) courses: Candidates minimum age should be 17 years and maximum age should be 22 years (25 years for SC / ST category students).

Academic Qualifications

Students need to fulfill the educational requirements for admission in the Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy through TS EAPCET exam. The subject-wise academic qualification criteria is mentioned below in detail:

For B.E / B.Tech (Engineering / Bio-technology / Dairy Technology / Agriculture Technology) or 50% seats in B.Pharma / B.Tech (Food Technology)

• 10 +2 with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Vocational courses in Engineering and Technology discipline or its equivalent examination.

OR

• Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent exam.

* Secured minimum 45% marks in Class 12^th with BiPC / PCM (5% relaxation for reserved category candidates).

For B.Sc Hons. (Agriculture / Horticulture) / B.S. (Forestry / Nursing) / B.F.Sc. / B.V.Sc. & A.H. / remaining 50% seats of B.Sc (Nursing) and B.Tech (FT)

• Passed Class 12^th or its equivalent examination with two / three subjects. Candidates must have secured at least 45% marks for unreserved category candidates and 40% marks for backward category candidates with BiPC / PCM at 10 +2 level.

Following are the subjects mentioned in the table on the basis of courses:

* Under section 2(d), aspirants who want to get admission in any of the above courses are obligated to appear for PCB in TG EAPCET 2025 regardless of the subject they have selected in the qualifying examination.

For B.Pharma

• Candidates must have passed Class 12^th with PCB or its equivalent examination.

For Pharm.D (50% seats for PCM and remaining 50% seats for Bi.P.C students)

Qualified one of them:

• Class 12^th with PCM / PCB or any other equivalent examination.
• Diploma in Pharmacy or equivalent.

Note: Candidates who are appearing in their final year of qualifying examination are also considered eligible for the exam.
