SAEEE Registration 2025 (Ongoing): How to Fill Application Form, Fees, Last Date, Documents

The SAEEE registration 2025 for Phase 1 has started on 30^th November 2024 & will remain open till 20^th April 2024. The schedule for the registration for the Phase 2 will be notified by the conducting body soon. The Phase 1 of the SAEEE exam 2025 is scheduled to be held  tentatively in April 2025 and Phase 2 is expected to be conducted in May 2025.

Students can register for the exam online at the official website of the entrance test. The SAEEE 2025 will be held by the Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology (Deemed to be University); the fee to apply for the test is Rs. 1000/-.

Students who are planning to take admission in the Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology (Deemed to be University) for the B.E, B.Tech, or B.Arch course are required to complete their SAEEE registration 2025. • Net Banking
• Paytm
• Offline (through Indian Bank Challan at any of the branches of an Indian Bank)

*Candidates opting for an online mode of payment will have to pay additional bank charges as applicable at the time of fee payment.

*It is to be noted that once the application fee for SAEEE 2025 is paid / in case of dual or repeated payments, no refund will be provided to the applicants in any condition.

Step 1: Online Registration

• Visit “sathyabama.ac.in” & press the “Apply Online” button.
• For registration, click the “New User?” tab.
• Now, enter the Candidate’s Name, Password, Email ID & Mobile Number, and click the “Proceed to Apply” button.
• Verify the Email & Mobile Number provided.

*Students who have already completed their registration can directly login & proceed to complete their application form.

Step 2: Login to complete the Application Form

• On the official website, press the “Apply Now” tab & login using the Email ID & Password.
• After entering the credentials, click the “Login” button; the SAEEE exam 2025 application form will be displayed on the screen.
• Accurately fill-in the information asked in the form followed by uploading the required documents in the prescribed format.
• Afterwards, verify the details and rectify the mistakes, if any.
• Now, complete the exam fee payment using any one of the payment modes displayed on the payment gateway.

* For offline fee payment, visit any of the Indian Bank Branches.

• After successful payment, submit the application form to complete the process of applying for the SAEEE Exam 2025.

Note: It is to be noted that without requisite fee payment, applications will not be considered valid.

It is compulsory for the students to have satisfied the prescribed eligibility criteria before they move ahead with the SAEEE registration 2025. Candidates need to note that their date of birth should be on / after January 1, 2004 in order to be eligible.

In accordance with the SAEEE Eligibility Criteria 2025, aspiring candidates must have completed 12^th standard / other equivalent with minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for the reserved students) with the requisite subject combinations.
