The registration for the SAEEE 2025 has started from 30^th November 2024 and will be closed on 20^th April 2025. The Phase 1 of the SAEEE exam is likely to be conducted in April 2025 & the Phase 2 will tentatively be held in May 2025. The registration dates for the Phase 2 are yet to be announced. 

The SAEEE - Sathyabama All India Entrance Examination is a University Level Exam. It is conducted every year in 2 phases by the Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology (Deemed to be University) for admission in the Undergraduate Architecture, Engineering & Technology Courses.

The Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology (Deemed to be University) conducts the Sathyabama All India Entrance Examination (SAEEE) to offer admission to the qualified students in the Undergraduate Programs such as B.E, B.Tech, and B.Arch in multiple specialisations.

The SAEEE 2025 entrance test is held via online Computer Based Test (CBT) mode for a duration of 60 minutes. Aspiring candidates who want to take admission in the University through the SAEEE scores can register for the exam after confirming that they fulfill the eligibility requirements.

Aspirants fulfilling the requisite eligibility conditions can proceed further with their registration for the SAEEE 2025. The SAEEE 2025 Registration for the Phase 1 will start from 30^th November 2024 & will close on 20^th April 2025. The registration dates for the Phase 2 will be released soon.

The registration for the SAEEE test can be done online at the official website i.e., “sathyabama.ac.in”. After successful registration, students can fill in the application form, upload the requisite documents & submit the form by paying an examination fee of Rs. 1000/-.

The exam conducting authority i.e., Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology (Deemed to be University) has prescribed the syllabus for the SAEEE entrance exam. Applicants are advised to read & understand the syllabus thoroughly to get an idea of the complexity of the entrance test. Candidates are supposed to cover the SAEEE 2025 Syllabus as per the 12^th class syllabus level.

In accordance with the exam pattern of the SAEEE 2025, the entrance exam will be held online via CBT mode in 2 phases. The exam duration will be of 1 hour wherein a total of 60 Multiple Choice Questions will be asked. As per the marking pattern, for each correct response, the appearing candidates will be awarded with 1 mark. No marks will be deducted for unanswered / un-attempted questions.

• Bluetooth & electronic devices like smart watches, mobile phones, calculators, and articles like textbooks, notepads, slide-rulers, etc. are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.
• Do not speak with the fellow candidates & do not share any articles with them during the exam time as it might be considered as cheating.
• Follow the additional instructions given by the invigilator / supervisor in charge present in the test hall.

Candidates can check & download their SAEEE 2025 result by navigating “sathyabama.ac.in” and by entering their Application Number & Date of Birth, respectively.

The result displayed will consist of the marks obtained by the candidate. Students who will qualify the SAEEE entrance test will be eligible for appearing in the further counseling & admission process.

* It is to be noted that there will be no provision of re-totaling / revaluation given to the students.

Students who will qualify the SAEEE 2025 can participate in the counseling for taking admission in the desired UG Technical Program of the Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology - SIST Chennai. The dates for the SAEEE Counselling Process 2025 will be released after the announcement of results. Candidates can download the Counseling Call Letter from the official website only.

The SAEEE Seat Allotment 2025 will be done only on the basis of merit marks of the candidates in the entrance test & based on the seats vacant on the particular date of counseling. After this, students will be issued a provisional admission letter. Then, candidates will be required to pay the requisite fee & submit the relevant documents without which their admission will be cancelled.

*Applicants must note that the counseling date cannot be changed. Furthermore, in case of absence on the specified date, the seat will be offered to the next student in the order of merit.

*If there are any disparities / mismatches found in documents submitted post admission then, the students’ admission will be cancelled.

The SAEEE 2025 is a University Level entrance exam; it is conducted for offering admission to the qualifying candidates in the Undergraduate Technical Programs like B.E, B.Tech, and B.Arch in various specialisations. Thus, students passing the entrance exam will be eligible for admission in the Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology (Deemed to be University) & its constituent units only. So, there are no other SAEEE Participating Colleges 2025 that accept the scores of the SAEEE test.
