The aspirants who are planning to appear for the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination must fulfil the OJEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria. The minimum eligibility criteria to apply for the OJEE exam is that the students need to pass the required qualifying examination for respective courses.
Moreover, the candidates need to have Indian Nationality in order to apply for the test. Students need to note that there is no minimum or maximum age criteria set to appear for OJEE.
The OJEE 2025 Registration will be started by the exam authorities probably in the 4th Week of January 2025 and expected to be open till 3rd Week of March 2025. Students who are eligible and wish to apply for the exam need to register before the specified last date.
To register for the exam, students need to visit the official website i.e., “ojee.nic.in” and complete their registration. Then, they need to fill the available application form after reading all the Instructions carefully and at last, pay the applicable fees to successfully complete the process.
*Students must note that the exam conducting body opens a correction window for the students if they want to make edits in some specified sections of the submitted application form.
Students who have completed the registration must proceed towards checking out the Syllabus for OJEE 2025. The exam Syllabus is particular for the subjects as per the different courses for which the candidates wish to apply. The students need to go through the detailed OJEE 2025 Syllabus in order to get information about the specific subjects and topics they need to study for particular courses. The Syllabus for some programs is based on 10+2 level and for a few specific courses, it is based on +3 level.
The OJEE 2025 will be conducted online in CBT mode only and the exam paper will be in only English language. The pattern of the upcoming OJEE exam is segregated for different courses on the basis of their included subjects, the exam duration, and the number of questions.
The OJEE exam paper for B.Pharm, MCA, MBA, and lateral entry in B.Tech (for Diploma) will include 120 questions. 90 questions will be there in the OJEE exam paper for M.Plan, M.Arch. and M.Tech. Moreover, the paper for Integrated MBA, M.Pharm, B.CAT, and lateral entry in B.Tech (for B.Sc) include only 60 questions.
The detailed OJEE 2025 Exam Pattern needs to be checked to have an understanding of the different courses and their paper pattern as tests will be conducted accordingly for the same.
The Admit card for OJEE exam 2025 will be made available by the exam authorities on the official website at least 7 days before the examination (expectedly in the last week of April 2025). Once it will be available, the students can visit “ojee.nic.in” and download two copies of the OJEE 2025 Admit Card to bring it with them on the exam day. The OJEE Admit Card will include details such as the student's name, exam centre, date of the examination, etc.
*Due to any reasons, if the students fail to download or take a hard copy of the OJEE admit card, they need to immediately contact the exam conducting authority. Moreover, if any mistakes are found in the exam Admit card, then also the student must reach out to the OJEE office.
While filling the registration form, the students need to list the exam centres of their choice. The centres are the cities in which the exam conducting body allows the students to appear for OJEE. Students must note that they can list 3 preferences / preferred cities (exam centres) from which the authorities will allot one. In some cases, due to management reasons, the students may get allotted a different city which is not in the list of 3 exam centres they have stated as preferred.

The OJEE Previous Year Question Papers refer to the exam papers of past years which students can download online and solve to enhance the level of their preparation. The previous year papers / sample papers follow the same pattern as the OJEE 2025.
Practising the sample papers help the students in enhancing their problem-solving skills and also help them in making their time management better. The accuracy of answering questions may also get better by solving the OJEE past year exam papers.
The exam authorities allow the students to take the mock test on the official website. To access the OJEE 2025 Mock Test, students need to visit the official website “ojee.nic.in” and look for the tab “OJEE Mock Test”. After clicking on this tab, students will be able to see the mock test links specific to different courses. Candidates can click on the particular link they wish to take the test for and enter their login credentials to access the mock test paper.
Mock Tests are designed to help the students understand the exam pattern and the way they need to answer the questions. Practising with Mock tests during the preparation phase assists the candidates in reducing the number of mistakes they will probably make in the main exam paper of OJEE 2025.
The OJEEB i.e., the conducting body has the authority to release the OJEE 2025 Answer Key on its official website after successfully conducting the examination. The answer key will get released in the PDF format for particular programs. The results of the OJEE 2025 can be expected after a few days of releasing the answer key. To download the OJEE answer key once it will be out, students can follow the below given steps:
*If the students do not get satisfied with the released answer key and find any discrepancies in the same, they can challenge the key. Afterwards, the exam authorities will review the objections raised against it (if any), and prepare the final answer key
The declaration of OJEE 2025 Result is expected in the 1st Week of June 2025. The exam results will be released by the OJEE Board. Once the upcoming OJEE exam results are out, the students will be able to check the same and download their rank card from the official website. The OJEE results for all the programs will be released by the authorities only.
Once the results are out for the OJEE exam, the authorities will release the OJEE 2025 Cut off list for all the programs. This list will specify the minimum marks students need to secure in order to get admission in the specified course through the OJEE entrance test. The cut-off list sets a benchmark for the students and they cannot score less than it to secure admission in a course as per their wish.

After clicking on it, students will be redirected to “odishajee.com/admission_status” where they can check the cut-off. The details such as Course, Category, OJEE Rank, etc. need to be filled in on the page.
Once the results and cut-off list will be officially released by the OJEEB (exam conducting body), the students who have cleared the cut-off will need to process further for the counselling. It is an important part of the selection process of the students in regards with admission in their desired participating Institute / University. The OJEE 2025 Counselling will be done by the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Board (OJEEB).
During the counselling process, the authorities will make the OJEE 2025 Seat Allotment for the students. In this process, the students will get a seat allotted (on the basis of seat matrix) in one of the participating Institute / University in their desired program as per the score / rank they have achieved in the OJEE 2025 exam.
