NEET MDS Exam Pattern 2025: Marking Scheme, Exam Day Requirements & Total Marks

The national level NEET MDS exam will be conducted online in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode (CBT) as per the NEET MDS exam pattern 2025. Students have to attempt 240 objective type questions within the time frame of 3 hours. Each question will contain only 4 answer choices and for every wrong answer, 25% of negative marking will be applicable.

There will be a total of 2 parts / sections included in the NEET MDS question paper that will be held in a single day in a single session. As per the NEET MDS pattern 2025, there will be two parts / sections in the question paper which are Part A and Part B. Both of these combinedly contain a total of 240 questions in the exam paper. Part A comprises 100 questions and in Part B, 140 questions are included.
