NEET MDS Registration 2025 (Started): How to Fill Application Form, Fees, Last Date, Documents

NBEMS - National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (conducting body) is expected to begin the NEET MDS registration 2025 in the Last Week of January 2025. Students will probably be able to register for the exam till the 4^th Week of February 2025. Candidates belonging to the SC / ST / PwD category are required to pay a registration fee of Rs. 2500/- and the General / OBC / EWS students have to pay Rs. 3500/- respectively.

The edit window is likely to open in the 4^th Week of February 2025 & the final edit window will open tentatively in the 2^nd Week of March 2025. NEET MDS 2025 will be conducted in English medium via Computer Based Test (CBT) mode, tentatively in the 4^th Week of March 2025. The National level entrance test will be held in a single day & single session.

The form for the NEET MDS registration 2025 can be completed only after paying the specified registration fee; students can use any one of the below-given methods for the same:

• Debit / Credit Card issued by any bank of India.
• Net Banking
• Other payment modes displayed on the payment gateway webpage.

The registration fee for various categories is given in the table below:

*It is to be noted that once the fee is paid by the aspirants, it will neither be refunded nor carried forward to future exams.

Candidates must ensure that they satisfy the eligibility criteria and then proceed further for the NEET MDS registration 2025. Students are advised to not use mobile phones for filling-in the application form. Details of the compatible browser will be displayed on the screen before the candidates begin to fill the form.

The detailed process including steps of the NEET MDS 2025 Registration are as follows:

• Visit “natboard.edu.in” & click the “NEET-MDS 2025” tab.
• Choose the “Click here to Register” tab.
• Enter the Candidate’s Name, Date of Birth, Nationality, Gender, Email ID, and Mobile Number correctly.

*Students cannot use the same email ID more than once to register again.

• Preview & verify again the entered details as these will not be permitted to change later. Click the “Submit” button.
• A User ID & Password will be generated & sent to the registered email ID & mobile number provided by the candidate.

*Candidates who have already registered can directly click on the “Go to Application Form” button & start filling-in the form.

Students can complete the process of application submission in a single sitting or in multiple sittings as long as the registration window is open. Moreover, it is compulsory to fill-in the fields that are marked with “*” sign in the application form.

The NEET MDS 2025 application form has to be filled section-wise. The information provided in the NEET MDS registration 2025 form can be edited any number of times before submission except for the ones provided during registration.

The steps to fill the application form of NEET MDS 2025 are as follows:

Step 1: Fill-in the Form

The first step to fill-in the asked details of the form through the following process:

• After registration, click the “Already Registered? To Login?” option & enter the User ID & Password to access the Application Form.

* In case the applicant has forgotten the password, he / she can choose the “Forgot User ID / Password”option & retrieve the password by entering the previously provided email ID & mobile number.

* Candidates can change the password by clicking on “Change Password”& then create a new password by entering the User ID, Old Password, New Password, and Confirming New Password.

• In the Personal Details section, enter the Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Category, Identification Details, and Communication address.
• To proceed further, click the “Save and Next” button.
• Now, fill-in the asked Qualification Details including the internship, registration details, etc. Then click the “Save and Next” button to proceed to the next section.

Step 2: Upload Documents

The process to upload the documents in the application form are:

• In the next section, students have to upload 1 pre-saved passport size photograph & 1 photograph captured in real time using a webcam attached to the computer system.
• Additionally, upload the scanned signature & left thumb impression.

Step 3: Select Centre & Preview

Process in this step to be followed is mentioned below:

• After uploading the documents in the prescribed format, applicants have to select the State & City from the available choices they wish to appear for the NEET MDS 2025 in.

* Students will be provided test cities on a first come first serve basis.

Note: If a particular State’s / UT’s testing seat is not available then, candidates can select “Others” option from the list of States / UTs. In such a case, students will be informed about their testing city via email.

• After this, go through the declaration; fill in the Captcha displayed on the screen, and “Click” on the “I Agree” checkbox for completing the application form.
• Then, click on the “Preview” button to check that all the details provided in the application form of NEET MDS are correct.
• After checking, click on the “Submit” button. The webpage will now be redirected to the payment gateway.

* Once the application form has been submitted it cannot be withdrawn.

Step 4: Pay Exam Fee & Download the Form

Pay the specified exam fee with the following process:

• Select the mode of payment & pay the exam fee in order to be registered for the NEET MDS exam.
• Once the fee payment is successful, a confirmation about the same will be displayed below the application form.

Note: If the payment status is reflected as pending then it means that the payment may be stuck with the applicants’ bank & may be cleared later. In such a case, students can make another payment if they wish to for completing the submission process of the same Application ID & the excess fee (if received) will be refunded after the registration window closes.

• At the end, download the PDF of the filled in application form.

* After completing the registration & submitting the application form, applicants will receive an Acknowledgement email on their registered email ID.

Aspirants have to follow the below-mentioned steps for uploading the documents in the NEET MDS registration 2025 form as guided by NBEMS:

Photograph

2 photographs are to be uploaded following the below given guidelines:

• Real Time Photograph: Confirm that the device used to fill in the form has a webcam / built-in camera. Using the same device, click a photograph by clicking on the “Capture Photo” button displayed in the NEET MDS application form webpage.
• Recent Photograph: Students should click their photograph using a digital camera that has more than 5 megapixel resolution. It must be ensured that the photograph is clicked in the last 3 months. Candidates must avoid taking a selfie & not wear spectacles, ornaments, etc. in the photograph.

Some other rules to follow are given below:

• The breadth of the photograph must be 35mm (1 3/8^th inch) & the height should be 45mm (1 3/4^th inch). The candidate’s head’s height should measure 70-80% of the height of the photograph i.e., 32-36mm (1 2/8^th – 1 ½ inch).
• The image’s size to be uploaded must be less than 80 KB & in JPG / JPEG format.
• Students should click the photograph in formal attire against a white background with light falling on their face & not on the camera.
• Candidates should take the photograph from a front view with neutral expressions; and their full face, ears, neck & shoulders visible.
• The image should not be digitally enhanced / blurred while editing.

Signature

Through the below-given ways, applicants can make the digital image of their signature:

• Using digital device (Camera)
• Scanning signature

Candidates must follow the below-mentioned steps for clicking & scanning their signature:

• Outline a box on a blank white sheet without lines having a 1.5cm height & 3.5cm width. Use a dark blue / black pen to sign inside the box.

* The signature should not just be mere initials of the candidates.

• Using a digital device having more than 5 megapixel resolution, click the image of the signature in a bright light surrounding. Avoid using flash & any shadow falling on the sheet.
• After this, transfer the digital image to the computer system & use the auto-correct feature of the image editing software, if required.
• The image should be cropped till the drawn borders and its size should be 20-100 KB, respectively.

Thumb Impression

Instructions for uploading the thumb impression are discussed below:

• Draw a box on a blank white sheet without lines having a width of 3.5cm & 1.5cm height.
• On a fresh black / blue colour ink pad, gently press the Left Thumb against it and horizontally print the left thumb within the box.
• The darkness of the thumb impression should be clearly maintained & it should not be smudged. 

Note: Students can directly scan the thumb impression & the signature by setting the scanner to 200 DPI & save the image in JPG / JPEG format of size less than 80 KB.

NBEMS, the conducting body, will open the Edit Window & the Final Edit Window for the candidates who have successfully done the NEET MDS registration 2025. Through these correction windows, applicants will have the provision to access their NEET MDS Exam 2025 application form & correct the details provided, if any.

Edit Window: 4^th Week of February 2025

Students who have paid the NEET MDS registration 2025 fee can modify the details through this window. No fee payment & new registration can be done during this period.

Candidates can update the below mentioned information through this window:

• Gender
• Date of Birth
• Category (General / ST / SC / OBC)
• PwD Status

*Candidates can pay the requisite balance fee after changing their PwD status in the Edit Window itself.

However, applicants cannot modify the listed below details:

• Candidate’s Name
• Email Address
• Test City
• Mobile Number
• Nationality

Final Edit Window: 2^nd Week of March 2025

In the Final Edit Window, candidates will get the provision for updating their incorrect images like photograph, signature, and thumb impression. The concerned candidates will be informed about the same on their registered email ID. Moreover, only the faulty images will be displayed as editable during the final correction window.

Students are advised to make the necessary corrections in accordance with the guidelines after which no further opportunity will be provided.

Students should keep in mind the following points while filling-in the NEET MDS registration 2025 form:

• If any student is found to have submitted the NEET MDS exam 2025 registration form  more than once then, NBEMS (conducting body) will issue the admit card of the submitted application form having a higher order of the Application ID. The remaining forms will be rejected & exam fee for the same will not be refunded.
• Candidates who have submitted incomplete forms / without the requisite documents / did not make the necessary corrections before the due date will be declared ineligible & their application will be rejected. In such a case, no registration fee will be refunded.

Candidates must make certain that they satisfy the NEET MDS Eligibility Criteria 2025 & then only move further with the NEET MDS registration 2025. The eligibility requirements are that the aspirants should have qualified BDS Degree and must have completed a rotatory internship of 1-year from a recognised Dental Institution. Additionally, they must have obtained a provisional / permanent registration from the State Dental Council.
