The NCHMCT JEE Registration 2025 has been started by the NTA from 16^th December 2024 and will continue upto 15^th February 2025. For completion of the NCHMCT JEE application process, candidates need to pay the applicable examination fee by using any one of the payment modes which are mentioned-below:

Step 1: Online Registration

Below-listed are the steps to register online for the exam:

• Visit the official website of the exam i.e., "exams.nta.ac.in/NCHM".
• Click the “Registration” link available on the home page of the website.
• Now, press the “New Candidate Register Here” tab.
• Read the Instructions carefully and tick the “Check Box”.
• Afterwards, press “Click here to Proceed” tab.
• Select any of the given options for Login Identification for online submission of the Application Form and press “Click here to Proceed” icon.
• Now, fill-in the following details of the online NCHMCT JEE registration 2025 form:
  • Personal Details: Candidates & Parents Name, Date of Birth, Email ID, Gender, Mobile Number, Alternate Mobile Number, Identity Type, and Identification Number.
  • Present & Permanent Address Details: Premises Name, Locality, Country, State / UT, District, and Pin Code.
  • Choose Password
• After filling-in all the details, enter the security pin as shown on the screen and click the “Submit” button.
• Now, review all the details carefully and tick the “I Agree” check box.
• Later on, click “EDIT REGISTRATION FORM” to make changes in any particular (if required) otherwise press “SUBMIT and SEND OTP” tab to successfully register.

* On successful registration, an application number will be generated which should be noted by the candidates for further requirements.

* Already registered aspirants can skip the above-stated Step 1 and can move forward to directly login for starting the application process.

Step 2: Fill-in the Application Form and Upload the Documents

Once successfully registered, students need to fill-in the details of the NCHMCT JEE 2025 application form and upload the requisite documents by following the steps given-below:

• Login with the generated Application Number, Created Password, and enter the security pin as shown on the desktop screen.
• Enter the following details in the application form:
  • Contact Information: Present and Permanent Address, Email Address, Mobile Number, etc.
  • Personal Details: Applicants Name, DOB, Gender, Category, and others.
  • Exam Centre Details: Opt for 4 preferred exam cities from the available options.
  • Academic Qualification: Class 10^th & 12^th Details
• Once all the details are filled, click the “Save & Next” tab.
• Now, upload the scanned images of the required documents in the prescribed format.
• Afterwards, verify the mobile number through the OTP and review all the details before clicking the “Final Submit” button.

* If any candidates want to make changes in the form, they need to click on a link available in the Left Menu Bar.

Step 3: Pay the Application Fee

After completion of all the formalities, candidates can proceed with the below-specified step for the payment of the examination fee:

• Pay the specified examination fee along with the applicable charges by choosing any one of the available payment modes.
• Finally, go to the dashboard and click the “Download Application” icon for downloading the filled form.

Retrieve Application Number

Follow the below-given process to recover the application number:

• Visit the exam’s official website i.e., “exams.nta.ac.in/NCHM” & Click the register link which is displayed on the home page.
• Click the “Forgot Application Number” option and enter the required details including Candidate’s Name, Email ID / Mobile Number, DOB, and Security Pin (as displayed on the screen).
• Now, press the "Submit” icon to retrieve the Application Number.

Retrieve Password

To retrieve the password, candidates need to follow the steps stated-below:

• Go to the official website of the test i.e., “exams.nta.ac.in/NCHM” and navigate the registration URL.
• Afterwards, click “Forgot your password” button to get redirected to a password reset page.
• Now, select an appropriate reset password option which can be either “Retrieve via security question” or “Retrieve via link sent to email”.
• After selecting an option, fill-in all the required details and enter Security Pin.
• At last, click the “Submit’’ button to complete the procedure of recovering the password.

Students should have below-mentioned documents in order to fill-in the details of the NCHM JEE 2025 registration and application form:

• Government Identity such as Aadhaar Card / Passport / PAN Card / Ration Card / other valid ID Proof.
• Class 10^th and 12^th Marksheet

Aspirants should consider the below-listed points while uploading the scanned image of their passport size photograph:

• The photograph must be coloured / black & white and taken against the white background.
• In the photograph, the candidate's face without mask should be 80% visible including ears and it should be without any other items including caps, googles, etc.
• File Size: 10 KB – 200 KB
• Format: JPG

* If the authorities find that the uploaded passport size photograph of the candidates is fabricated i.e., de-shaped / seems to be hand-made / computer generated, their application will be immediately rejected. This act of the students will also be considered as unfair means and they have to bear the consequences accordingly.

Signature

Below-given are the instructions to upload the scanned image of candidate’s signature:

•  The full signature must be uploaded in running handwriting on plain white paper with blue / black ink pen.
• The authorities will not accept writing full names as signatures and their application will be dismissed in this case.
• File Size: Should be between 04 KB to 30 KB.
• Format: JPG

Note: Candidates need to upload the PwD Category / Caste certificate (if any) with a file size of 50 KB – 300 KB. The PwD category / Caste certificate should be uploaded in the PDF format.

• If the confirmation page is not generated after making the payment, the applicants need to connect with the concerned Bank / Payment Gateway integrator through a helpline number / email and ensure the successful payment.
• Even after following the above-stated point, if the successful payment of application fee is not displayed on the portal, the students should approach the NTA through its helpline. If the issue is still not solved, in such cases, students need to pay the applicable fees again.
• However, any duplicate payment received from the candidate by NTA in the course of said transactions will be refunded through the same payment mode through which the duplicate payment is received, after fee reconciliation by NTA.
• Students should know that they are allowed to submit only 1 application. Submission of multiple applications will lead students towards the cancellation of candidature.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is responsible to open the NCHMCT JEE 2025 application form correction window from 17^th February 2025 to 20^th February 2025.

The window will be opened online on the official website of the exam which is “exams.nta.ac.in/NCHM”. During the correction window period, students will be able to edit the certain sections of the filled application form after it is submitted.
