NATA Registration 2025: How to Fill Application Form, Fees, Last Date, Documents

The NATA Registration 2025 will begin tentatively from the 1^st week of March 2025 & the exam will be held in 2 sessions on every weekend tentatively from the 1^st week of April to July 2025. Students can register / apply for the exam through online mode only. The Council of Architecture (COA) conducts the NATA entrance exam to offer admission to the qualifying students in the Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) course in various participating institutes. NATA is a National Level Test which is conducted in both Online & Offline modes.

Students qualifying the NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) test will be eligible to take admission in approximately 375 Colleges / Institutes / Universities in India that are recognised by COA & offer B.Arch Program. * Students are allowed to register themselves either once, twice, or maximum thrice for the test in one Academic year.

* It is to be noted that NATA registration last date is not released by the exam authorities.

Here are some special notes to be considered by the students in regards to the NATA Registration 2025:

• The payment options may differ according to the number of Tests students have applied for.
• The NATA 2025 registration fee is non-refundable.
• Applicants who have initially applied for only single / two tests can opt for an additional test later but should not exceed 3 attempts in a year. Additionally, no concession in the fee will be offered while opting for additional test attempts.

The Aspirants who fulfil the NATA eligibility criteria 2025 must go through the online registration guidelines carefully and then begin the process by following the detailed steps given below:

Step 1: Generate Username & Password

• Students need to visit the official portal by navigating “nata.in” & click on the “NATA-2025 Registration” option.
• Afterwards, generate a Username & Password.

Step 2: Fill Personal Details, Educational Details & Communication Details

• Students need to click on “Online application NATA-2025” and fill-in the personal details such as Candidate’s Full Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Gender, Date of birth, Nationality, Proof of Identity, etc.
• Following this, candidates have to fill in their educational details from 10^th standard onwards and the communication details.
• While submitting the Personal Details, the applicant will be required to enter a valid email address that will be his / her username. The candidate has to verify the link sent on the registered email id & choose a Password, a Security Question & its Answer.
• Following this, NATA Unique ID Number & Login credentials will be emailed to the applicants. The candidates then have to login into the account using the previously used email id & password.

* It is to be noted that it is mandatory to fill-in the details in the fields that are marked with “*” or else, the Application Form will not proceed further.

Step 3: Upload Documents

• After logging in, students must upload their recently taken Passport Size Photograph & Signature in this field in the format prescribed by COA.

Step 4: Fee Payment

• After submitting the aforementioned documents, students will be redirected to the Fee Payment section from where they have to select the “Payment of Fee using EPG Services” option.
• Students can pay the Registration Fee via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net banking by following the instructions mentioned on the Payment Gateway page.

Step 5: Printout of the Confirmation Page

• After successful payment, the website will automatically redirect to the homepage that shows the status of the fee payment.
• Students will now be able to download and take the printout of the Application Form from the Confirmation Page.

* Candidates will get only one chance to correct the Personal Details provided in the form.

Important points that the students must consider while filling the NATA Registration 2025 are discussed in detail below:

• If the candidates submit multiple forms using different credentials, their NATA Registration 2025 Form will be rejected without any refund.
• While filling the Registration Form of NATA 2025, applicants have to select the preferred City of Examination & Exam Session carefully. Based on this information, the Council will allot the Test Centre & Session to the candidates as per the exam centre’s availability.
• Students who have opted for multiple test attempts are required to generate a new Appointment Card for appearing in the next attempt test after the results of the previous NATA exam has been announced.
• Aspirants who are willing to apply for Exam Centres in the International Cities must note that they will not be given any provision for selecting the Centre. The centre in the preferred foreign country will be subject to availability of adequate number of candidates.
• Additionally, candidates cannot select the International Cities as their 2nd & 3rd preference of exam city.

* Candidates are advised to register themselves before the NATA Application Form last date (if specified) & start preparing as per the NATA Exam Pattern 2025.

Applicants are required to keep the following documents prepared to fill the NATA Registration 2025 Form correctly:

• Proof of Nationality (Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Voter Card / Driving License / Passport / School Photo Identity Card) (to be uploaded)
• 10^th Standard Marksheet
• 12^th Standard (10+2) / other equivalent (10+3 Diploma) Marksheet
• Domicile Certificate
• Recent Passport Size of the Candidate
• Candidate’s Signature
• Disability Certificate issued by a competent authority (if applicable)

The candidates must upload their coloured photograph from a front view with both ears visible. Additionally, the aforementioned documents must be uploaded in JPG / JPEG format.
